Order was 10 minutes late, both food items ordered were made incorrectly, multiple food items were forgotten from the order, the stem from the head of lettuce was in one of the bowls. Very disappointing meal when the restaurant wasn't very busy
My friend and I stopped in, chicken looked real dry and burnt. The rice and other toppings looked old that they were sitting for a while. Not appetizing at all. We walked out and went else where. Don't recommend.

Never in my life have I, to this extent, been mistreated and disrespected as a customer before. For the past few years, I have been a regular at this location and have never encountered any issues until recently.There’s this employee who is really DISRESPECTFUL and has a horrible attitude. Don’t know what her name is, but another employee said they couldn’t provide me with that info, given the fact that she’s still a minor. She’s light skinned, has curly hair, and was serving the rice, beans and meat today (06/22/2022) around 6:40 p.m.I keep an account of all the rude instances I’ve encountered with her, and below are just a few. Bare in mind, these are all separate incidents.1) I requested plain white rice. She looked at me weirdly and asked, “plain white?”while leaning over the counter. I’ve never seen something like this before, especially at a business.2) The second time, she got really furious as I entered. While making my bowl, she walked away and gossiped to another employee about me. Keep in mind, I’m still there waiting for her to finish making my bowl. You could’ve at least waited for me to leave first! She told the other employee that I always want plain white rice and etc. She was clearly annoyed.3) Last week Sunday or Monday, I stopped by this location, again, to grab a bowl. As soon as she saw me, she started yelling across the restaurant, “Myla, it’s them again! WHITE RICE.” Myla had to stop whatever task she was completing, in order to help her with our orders, because that said “minor” had refused to provide us with any service. As soon as Myla came out, the other girl disappeared. BTW, Myla provided excellent customer service. Shout out to Myla.4) Today (06/22/2022) around 6:40 pm , I decided to give this location another try. It was her, again. As soon as she saw me, she shook her head while saying “plain white rice , plain white rice again” about 5 times. I asked her, “what’s wrong with plain white rice?” You wouldn’t believe what her response was. She said, “umm, should I feel sorry for you?” While I was asking other employees for her name so I could formally make a report, she was still laughing. I don’t see anything funny. By the way, she was using and touching her Apple watch with the same gloves she uses to serve food. It’s unsanitary. This was super unprofessional, and I will not be returning to this location unless this issue has been solved by management.5) Lastly, I’d prefer you telling me not to come to this location ever again, so that I don’t have to go through this hassle of you getting mad over me asking for plain white rice.
Sitting outside at 7:15pm and they are already closed despite the sign saying 10pm. Nothing on the door but staff wandering around inside. Go to Hooks Fish and Chips two doors down for fresh hit food.
The food was ok but the customer service was unfriendly, bordering on rude. The guy in the kitchen was so busy looking at his phone I'm surprised he didn't burn the place down. This was Sunday night. Probably will not go back, at least not to this one.
I went here on May 26, 2022 at 7:00 pm and it was a very bad experience. A bunch of lazy kids working that don't care about the customers. Don't count on getting what you want... They were out of fajita vegetables, all the lemonades, and even chips!!! They have my daughter a rotten orange with her meal. I will not be back to this location again.
If I could zero stars I WOULD. I’ve been going to this chipotle faithfully about 3-4x a week, don’t judge me. I used to really enjoy this location due to a few workers that have been there’s for years and always give great customer service. Sometimes I have a few issues but easily FIXED. However tonight was my LAST straw with this location as a whole. There has been MULTIPLE times where I’ve went to get food one hour or two before closing and they stopped cooking their food. They will say “ oh this is being saved for online “ and I’ll settle for something else. This night they wanted me to eat brown rice because they’re saving the white rice for online and I said I don’t eat brown rice can I just order some now. He then told me “ no “ I said “ so if I don’t want the brown rice I just can’t get any rice “ and he said yes basically. So I left, I feel so undervalued as a loyal customer. I also feel that it wouldn’t had made a difference if I stood there and ordered my food online or if he made my food during the line. The closing time is 10 pm there’s no reason it should be closing down the way it does and it’s still open for business. They refused my service and I will not be coming back to this location.

This chipotle used to be the spot but the last two times I have ordered here I have had problems. First, I ordered in person and they were leveling a scoop of chicken to like 7 pieces which was annoying. A scoop is a scoop and I know its supposed to be a heeping scoop. I put guac and a lot on the burrito and instead of adding in a free tortilla, they wrapped the rito with holes, pile of mush. I ordered a large bag of chips, and they put a small one in so i caught that. - I ordered ahead today, 2 bowls and 2 burritos. They put RAW FAJITA on the two bowls and not the burritos. RAW ONION. Bro I did not order raw onions and peppers, I ordered fajita vegetables. They need to get the people who worked here pre pandemic back.
Best Chipotle around! All other chipotles are inconsistent, but the staff here is always on top of it and my food always tastes great.
