Unfortunate. This is the only Caribou on my way to work AND I work overnights so I'm kinda stuck. This is the 2nd time I have got sick from my beverage and I have only been going to this establishment for less than 3 months. I noticed a smell after drinking like 1/3 of it from the straw. Cream used in the drink or the whip was bad. Now I'm stuck on an 12hr shift with no one to cover and am miserable. Stomach Ache, intense nausea, sweating... GROSS!!
Used to be my favorite place to stop. Visited today 4-23-22 waited at counter over 5 minutes before any even acknowledged I was here. Made my order, the young lady grabbed my cash, handed back the change. No thank you's. Sad where our workers have gone. Everyone seems to hate their job.
Coffee great. Watch out for the #1 Futzer. It's a show.. haha
Coffee was hot, dining area and restrooms were clean.
I enjoyed the breakfast panini and latte. Service was great too!
I purchased the lemon poppy seed cake. After my first bite I thought this is terrible. I continued to eat it because let’s face it, they are not cheap. After a fewMore bites I could not do it. So stale! I called the store to report that it was definitely bad. All I heard was “Sorry”.I understand that it is difficult to hire let alone train employees, but if a person answering the phone does not know what to do out the customer on hold and ask a manager. So disappointed in Caribou today. I am certainly not one to complain but I can not get the horrible taste out of my mouth.
Love this caribou location! All of the employees are so nice. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Will keep continuing to come here more often:)
Very busy location. However, everyone in drive thru was very nice and the process went smoothly, just like the iced pumpkin spice latte I ordered (with caramel).
I have not been inside lately so I was surprised to see they are closing at 6pm. Note to self. I had a nitro mocha and it was yummy. Pleasant staff too!
Went for an interview and it was great for that. Plenty of seating space and no loud music to compete with. Ordered a water and coffee and service was quick and friendly.
