It doesn't matter how nice or how hard I try, I'd like to have a drink that is actually hot, really hot! Not just slightly above room temperature! That's why I had to quit buying mochas and just get a hot Americano because at least that way it comes out boiling hot from the machine. But on my birthday I thought I'd try a mocha and ask them to make it at 200° knowing that they can only do 180 degrees just to emphasize that I wanted hot. What a person pays this much for a drink can't he at least get what he's requesting without having to be rude to the person working there? I don't always have time to take the drink back home and reheat it in the microwave but it seems like that's the only way I can enjoy a mocha because everybody is in such a hurry to take it out of the steamer so fast.
Was there yesterday ordered 2 nitro pumpkin spice lattes and it didnt taste right. They putt too little nitro pumpkin spice, and too much milk. So the effect was that I could barely taste the spice and the spice is the best part! The Maple Grove location makes it perfect so I'll avoid this location.
This used to be one of our favorites with the bagels. But this time the food was for sure not as fresh. It tasted like the bagel sand was taken from the freezer and put in the microwave. Where before it was way fresher.

This is my spot! I swear these people are my family. I literally will not go to any other Caribou because no one provides service or drink quality like this location. Best store in the state. 10/10
