Always, and I mean ALL THE TIME, im waiting a long time for my order . I always do curbside pick up and order 10-15 mins ahead of time/before arrival. (Closes one to my house) Very unsatisfied to be waiting another 5-10 mins or even walking in to get my own order.And some of those times my cup is dirty. (Spill)Overall, my order is always delicious.

Fast service, employees were very friendly! I got a pretzel stick, which was a bit overpriced but it was very good! The tables were a bit dirty, nothing too much that bothered me.
I just want to say most Caribous have great coffee. But the worst customer service if your skin is not white. Real talk!
Oven broken could not order hot food.Just got coffee which is always good.
Can't go wrong here. I love the Nitro Cold Brew. The Matcha Smoothie is one of the best around. They've got Starbucks beat, imo.

Service was good and they were not to busy. Only knock on this location is that there is no drive through.
Today wasn't a great experience, because they were closed on Mother's Day and there was a sign on the door that didn't mention Sunday at all, though the other signs said "YES - WE ARE OPEN." The temporary hours sign on the door mentioned reduced hours for Friday May 7th & Sat. May 8th only. We went to the Maple Grove Caribou & they seem have curbside service, people.
