I have probably gone to this location probably 6 times in the last 6 months. Always lunch. The staff here appear overwhelmed even when I am the Only Customer in the building. Now admittedly I went inside because there were cars in the drive up. Maybe 5 minutes but on a half hour lunch break? Not realistic. The crew seem nice but they sort of act like they have never worked fast food. Admittedly not a hard job but like any job you have to sort of get into it. This applies to everyone I have ever seen working there. I have only seen one person more than once. Sad.
Sandwich was good but fries were cold and table tops and particularly the floors underneath were filthy.UPDATE: Went back a week later, hot hot fries, delicious sandwicch, and beautifully clean lobby. Upgraded to 5 stars!!! Great work team!!!
Edit: 07/05/22Service was prompt, despite the staff dealing with a drive-thru rush. Order was accurate and the customer service was phenomenal. Even making sure to read off the ingredients of thier sauce to make sure I wasn't allergic. Very happy to have come back and received such great service.
I come to this specific location at least three times a week. I like the service I get. ALL of the employees are very hard working and friendly and I love their strawberry lemonade. I tried the new steak burger and it was better than I thought it would be. Overall I just come for lemonade and good customer service.
Very clean, polite and quick. Honestly I have to say best Arby's in Twin Cities area. Will visit it again.
Stopped in for lunch, service was fast, the food was good,If they offer you Ketchup packs for your fries take it,not all the condiment pumps were working. minor detail.the restaurant was clean inside and they are open for indoor seating
They didn't hand me my complete order so I went back through the drive-thru real quick and they well made up for their mistake good people
Great staff! Only complaint is that they took away the loaded curly fries. Should bring that back please!
Arby's is always tasty. Arguably the best fast food in MN. Certainly the best fast food that doesn't only have chicken
Was there last night 12/29 around 6:40pm on lunch break and although it was fun listening to Scotty singing while taking my order through the intercom, I was over charged! Now it made sense why Scotty didn't give me a receipt. Was it a distraction to over charge customers? 2 chicken sliders, 1 medium curly fry and 1 medium coke cost me nearly $20.00! Didn't know until I checked my account.
