If i could give no stars i would, EVERYTIME i come to this wendy’s they have HORRIBLE customer service, my food is ALWAYS wrong and their always rushing you to order instead of just letting u finish ordering . You ask for anything at the window BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T put it in the bag when i asked the first time at the intercom ..they roll there eyes or breath loudly letting me know i’m aggravating them by asking for something that should’ve already been in the bag. i know it doesn’t matter to do them how they treat customers but it matters.. nobody wants to go get food at a place with employees so rude and nasty because it makes you not even trust them with making your food.
The smell at the drive through is terrible and makes you not want to eat anything after being punched in the nose with this pungent musk. Please fix this ASAP. And maybe require that the employees say thank you or some term of appreciation for actually choosing to shop with your business would also work.
The fries were piping hot! And ready to go. The chicken nuggets were hot and tasty. The frostys were great for a party climb treat! They put spoons in the bags for the frostys, and gave us straws when we asked for them. Very congenial service, and timely.
There is NO consistency here beside the attitudes and them now wanting to charge you for sauce! PER CORPORATE, WENDYS DOESN'T CHARGE FOR SAUCE!!!! You're better off driving to Savage, EP or Shakopee to spend your money and get better service!
Rude employees behind the counter refused to take our order because we didn't have a mask on........ I didn't think our state was in a mask mandate. We left will not return. There is another Wendy's nearby with very friendly staff
Quick service and get my order right every time.
If you go evening to late night you can always guarantee you will not get what you ordered, things will be missing or long waits. It's the main reason we do not go often
I had a late lunch today. I was greeted by a lttle lady who was very polite and she suggested options for my order. I added on some take home Chili to go.You really cant beat Chili on these cold minnesota days. Its close to home made flavor and you cant beat the convenience over how long it takes to make it from scratch. Thanks Wendys staff i was having a rough day and you made it pleasant.
Always great, and they sell Ice, 8 lbs. For .99 cents. What a great deal and it is fresh not freezer burned.
The breakfast biscuits are awesome. Better than McDonalds. ?
