Slow ... As in I came in in the middle of the posted hours and the employees just walked in like they open at noon... I ordered a standard menu item ... 20 mins. I watched them chop the half banana and 3 strawberries and reheat the waffle (yes. . . Reheat and 20mins conservative) the guy after me was waiting forever for his capichino or something and they said the machine was being cleaned... So I really think they all just left in the middle of their shift to get high. This is only supported by the employee staring at the other employee toasting the marshmallows and her staring at my top waffle trying to remember how to get it off the fork... She forgot to put on her gloves, so she stared for a good 45 second, then quickly used her gloves she got from a box as a tissue to place the waffle upon the standard menu item.
This was in the Mall of America! Was neat to see so many different stores and food options. I did get a great recommendation for a waffle with fresh strawberries, nutella, whipped topping, chocolate drizzle and cookie crumbs that was da bomb, but had hands too full to snap a pic! This picture is of the Uni Uni beverage place...Mine was a Pineapple Jasmine Green Tea Passion Fruit that tasted SO delish!
Ali was super nice and and recommended a great waffle ice cream combo! The waffles smack!!! Definitely a must when you visit the MOA
Diane and Ali were both super friendly and made amazing waffles! It was my sister and I’s birthday and they gave us each a free waffle to celebrate ? first time there and will for sure be coming back soon!
To say I had a disappointing experience here would be an understatement. I was in Minnesota on vacation with my family, and this past Thursday we stumbled across this place and thought it looked great. We had just ate however, so I went over and asked the manager (at least I presume he was based on how he was dressed) what time they closed. He responded 9pm, but when we showed up at 8:15, the same guy told us they were closed. We came back on Saturday, and once again asked what time they would be closed at and was told 6pm. So we came back at 5:30 and was once again told by the same manager guy that they were closed!! I don’t understand how I can be lied to twice in 3 days by the same person who apparently has no idea when his own store closes
I love hot banana nuttella waffles. This is the place if you love waffles while burning your pocket for shopping.
Good experience at first I the menu stuff was too sweet and after I tryed the wam ban waffle it completely changed my opinion I like the fact that you guys don't have the stuff too sweet.keep your receipe the same.
This place has the best waffles! The service is nice and quick and it’s always a treat. They even customize their standard waffle options. Must visit place if you can’t go to waffles and dinged in NY (I loved its ambience there).
By far one of the best places to get a delicious waffle!. I tell you, this employee Diana made this scrumptious waffle called the turtle waffle- there was so many choices and I couldn’t decide!. She done a amazing job and took her time to make it look great and delicious of course haha I couldn’t wait to eat it!. If you never tried something from them, definitely do because I will when I wanna crave for another waffle!. Thank you Diana, You’re amazing! [Also, try out their fresh lemonade if you’re thirsty because you won’t regret it! :) ]
This has become a regular stop everyone my family visits MOA. I missed good waffles from when I lived in the Netherlands (had to cross the border into Belgium to get the goods). Now I can share the deliciousness with my family! Thanks for being in our neighborhood.
