Super disappointed. We always order from here and when part of our order that I pre ordered way a head of time didn’t show up for a arranged family dinner we were told we needed to wait another hour an a half. I was upset. They did get our food they forgot within an hour but we were done eating. We’re were then charged for the food forgotten with an additional tip of what we tipped the first time. So we are done. We found a new place. Which is sad as we have ordered from here so many times for many years.
The ask for your room number but leave your food with the front desk. Who wraps hot pizza in plastic wrap? I'm pissed I have a cold pizza that looks like I cold have pulled it from the freezer section at the grocery. WTF!!!!! for $20 bucks. Never again!

Have ordered in past from Umbria but this time I received a pizza (delivery) with an odious, rancid-smelling and -tasting crust. I called the restaurant to advise. He offered a free replacement but I declined, figuring if they're using rancid dough or flour there wouldn't be much point. I suggested he throw out that dough so it does not happen to others. He mentioned he thought it was the pan. After the call, I tore open a part of the crust's edge and both sniffed and tasted it. It was not just the pan. I called him back, suggested he throw out both the dough and whatever flour it was made from. He asked me, ' by rancid, do you mean just old-smelling?' I replied 'no, I mean RANCID. Look it up online if you are unsure of the meaning. You can throw out the rancid flour/dough or not, your choice, but I will be speaking w/others about this.' I am going to wash my hands, now, because the rancid smell from just my fingers after handling the crust is a bit nauseating.
Very impressed with Umbria. The pizza is great and the service is even better. I have a severe dairy allergy and the person who took my phone call this evening knew exactly what had dairy and what didn’t. This is very hard to come by, especially with pizza. They have vegan options too! I had the Montreal special pizza and it was GREAT. The crust is fantastic and everything just was so tasty. They didn’t cut my pizza because they didn’t want to cross contaminate, which was awesome.These guys were great, the pizza was very yummy and we will be back!! So many fun different options to try too!

I had a gyro pizza and I was not overly impressed. I have a feeling the more traditional pizzas might be better. I'll update my review in the future if I find that's true.
Amazing service on Christmas day. Grubhub dropped our order late and everything was closed at that point. Umbria reached out to us. They felt bad because nothing was open. They took our order and delivered on there way hone. We were extremely happy. Thank you guys for amazing service! The pizza was very tasty!
