We ordered on Friday after work and went in to pick it up. I have to say I was scared to eat the pizza after I sat and saw the young man, the others one of them with a bandana on smoking an e- sig and the one kid leaning on where they make the pizzas taking off his cap and re adjusting to right over that counter. The one young lady with long hair and had it pulled up on top so that it freely hung back and forth over the food counter. To top it all off. The person I thought might be a manager walked away from our issue and did not help our situation. The hardest working young gentleman was the young man cutting the food and putting the boxes on the warmer. The pizza was good but after seeing how it was prepared I don’t think I will order from there again. I do not believe it was the workers fault it was the lack of management.
The first time I ordered for delivery, they accidentally gave me pineapple instead of tomato on my pizza, but it was still mostly tasty. The second time, the pizza they brought me was undercooked to the point that all but the edges was inedible. The delivery driver was extremely nice, patient, and helpful. Overall, though, I’ve had better experiences with other Toppers locations.
Love this team of pizza artists and transporters! They’re always super pleasant and accurate with our orders - even when I order for our friend with a garlic allergy! They were my go-to last night when the power went out, and even though it was a holiday right at dinner time they were here even faster than they quoted to save our hangry tummies.
The new team of workers don't know how to cook pizza at all. The cheese wasn't even melted, the dough was raw in places and the toppings weren't distributed evenly. Bruh, how hard is it to melt cheese?
Listen, from beginning to end Tucker made me feel welcome. There were 2 pizza cooks in the back and instead of clocking out and leaving, they stayed and waited patiently for my order. I was super indecisive but they helped me. It was like a well oiled machine. 30 bucks well spent. Completely upfront and genuine experience .
Walked in with my family of 6 and Tucker took great care of us! Helped us take advantage of as many coupons as possible to keep the price down. Got some crazy tater-tot pizza, which although not my favorite, was quite the experience! Kids loved the cinnamon bread sticks--which they even topped with sprinkles for the kids! Thanks Toppers!
I heard this location (Richfield) was under new management and they are making improvements already. From the moment I ordered, the rep was friendly and was proactive with what deals/discounts applied to my order. The pizza was ready when I arrived, and the same rep I talk to on the phone was very welcoming in-store. I feel bad for forgetting his name, but he know who he is. Thanks a million my man!
Resurrecting a dead useless facebook account because I feel the need to warn people not to go to this store ever. I have given the store more that the number of chances it deserves. My problem isn't the horrible wait times. My problem is on more than one occasion they have repeatedly lied to me about wait times. And not just by a little bit. as a 3rd party delivery driver time is money. This place has cost me 70 to 120 dollars in wasted time alone. These liars need to be shut down.
Don't know what is going on with Toppers nowadays but. Used to be the best pizza I've had. Always looked forward to paying extra for a decent pizza. Just received our pizza, mac and cheese, monkey bread, and bread sticks. Out of all of them, no one was impressed with any of them. Seems not as fresh , and cheap. For instance the Mac and cheese (plain noodles with cheese sprinkled ontop)very very very disappointed!! Hate to say but, Little Caesars seems fresher and better. Again not sure what's going on.
This is what I ordered;14" Large Hand-Tossed Toppers ClassicBoth Sides - Green Olives1 $22.74Box Cinnamon Swirl Monkey Bread1 $6.99SubTotal: $29.73Tax: $2.58Delivery Charge: $4.50Tip: $7.36Total: $44.17What I received was a cheese pizza with green olives. When I contacted the store, the young women I spoke with was very apologetic and offered a new pizza. Since we had already started on this pizza, I declined because we were very hungry and didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes for another pizza. She did offer to refund us the cost of the pizza.Side note: loved the hand tossed crust.
