It was fun and cute. My food was bland and ended up getting sent back. Our drinks didn’t come out until after our food. The fishbowls were fun but potent and very strong.

Our waitress Allie made the experience so fun for my friend, me and our girls!

We visited for my daughters 11th birthday. The staff was so accommodating and made our dining experience well worth the trip.

The food was okay, and the shakes were great. However it was irritating that every 5 minutes there was screeching and sparking birthday desserts coming out, two of my friends have asthma and there is nothing about that they have smoking desserts coming out left and right and one of the friends had started wheezing and coughing from the smoke. We scheduled the reservation under a birthday and they saw us opening presents and never wished my friend a happy birthday nor they did they offer to do anything for it. There was no option in the reservation to schedule something like that. Not necessarily the restaurant's fault, but there was a group of teenage girls nearby in the corner with an adult constantly taking tik-toks with us and pointing and laughing at us, which made us uncomfortable.

The host, the server, and the bartender were all friendly and accommodating. They made the experience fun. The food came out quickly and we were seated ahead of our reservation time since we got there 15 minutes early. Good food, fun drinks, and also a fun atmosphere for our 6 year old.

Be prepared to have the most amazing drink of your life...but also be prepared to pay a lot of money for it.

It was super calm and the staff was very nice the food came out quickly. The food was a 10/10 the experience was worth and the price is a little much but it’s worth it

First, our waitress was pleasant but unfortunately extremely overwhelmed. The Star is strictly for her and Quinana (I apologize if I’ve speller their name wrong as all I caught was a quick glance at their nametag) as it’s not their fault the second waitstaff decided to show up over an hour late for her shift leaving our waitress to be the sole person responsible to care for the entire restaurant solo. The hostess wearing an army green jacket was next level rude to the customers across the board. She walked fast to our table, threw down the menus in front of us and walked away without a word. Quinana took note and kindly brought us waters after we sat for 15 minutes listening to crickets. When we were finally able to order it took another long wait to get the food. To be completely transparent, the Penne Alfredo with shrimp was quite possibly the grossest food we’ve come across- the sauce tasted like ranch dressing that was heated in a pan and thrown over the noodles- incidentally, the sauce was exactly the same look, smell and consistency of the ranch they served with the chicken strips. We were never asked what sauce for the strips to dip- had we been asked, it definitely would NOT have been ranch as no one in our family likes it. We asked for ketchup for the fries and a plate so everyone wasn’t digging in the basket together which the hostess was supposed to bring but ignored the request for wait assist from staff- when she was asked again she slammed the ketchup on the bar counter and tossed it at wait staff to deal with. The tomato bisque was good but nothing special, as was the case with the chicken strips. The unicorn hot coco was cute too. Finally, in the future I’d take a hard pass if you’re considering eating here- you could take your money and time to any number of restaurants in the mall with far tastier, quality food and experience. Absolutely NOT worth the price tag. (And yes, we did leave a 30% tip for our waitress because it is not her fault.)

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday last night. The restaurant is clean and has a fun vibe right when ya walk in. Such a fun place for the adults and the kids. Our waitress Jessica was attentive and situated our party of 14 well! Someone heard we were there for a birthday and the lights went out, a special announcement was made and the music started to play while the King Kong dessert was sent to our table. This night made my kiddo feel so special!

A little too loud for my waitress to hear my food order, for her to not even get my order at all. I had to wait another 20 minutes. Other than that it was aiiighhttt.
