Stopped after work to find a sign “ back in 5 minutes or less”. I waited ten minutes then left. Someone could come in and help themselves. Don’t know maybe they went down to North Star for a beer, won’t be back.
This is the best subway I’ve been to! Great customer service and the manager is really fast fast. The place is very clean and overall a 10/10. Highly recommended going to this subway!
Very clean store I do like it, but every time I go there’s a sign saying be back in 5 minutes then the guy comes back after awhile, and has his headphones in so doesn’t hear me right..
I came to this place 3 times and everytime I walk in there no one's in there just a sign saying I will be back I just want my food I came here Jan19 7:17 no one was in there
I love Subway, but this is by far the worst subway I've been to. The same woman is working almost every time I go there. She looks at my like I'm an inconvenience for her.
Service is ok but bread is usually fresh

Subway quality really comes down to the quality of the staff - and unfortunately that's hit and miss at this location. Sometimes I get a person that actually seems to care about their job. They make a good sandwich by spreading out the meat, cheese, vegetables, and sauces evenly. They don't overload the sandwich and they push it down midway through. In short, they take their time to do a good job and they're also friendly and professional.But most of the time I get a person that just slops the sandwich together as fast as humanly possible. I have to spend time 'fixing' my sandwich after I receive it, and I usually need to throw away some food because it was overloaded. These people see customers as nothing more than burdens and I'm lucky if they even look at or greet me.My advice is that the business owner regularly review and coach his or her employees in order to improve their customer service skills so that quality is more consistent.
Ordered ahead but the only person working was too busy to have the sandwiches ready as promised. Not his fault but it took over 30 minutes to get three sandwiches from a store one mile from my houseNot sure I'll go there again.
Twice I ordered subs from here. They are so stingy on toppings. Like we are going through apocalypse times. You spend $40 on subs we want veggies. If not don’t be in business. Periodtttttt!!!
