They were very patient with my large order. Overall very pleasant people working behind the counter.
Bad service! Had to wait for someone to get up from the table from eating to wait on me. Everything I needed was empty like straws etc. I was the only person in the restaurant and still had to wait. The server didn't talk to me the whole time. Even when it came time to pay he just looked at me and didn't say anything. Need new employees.
Good service but kind of slow decent food but what do you expect it's only Subway
poor service "huh?" I am not your high school chum. Treat your customers with a modicum of respect and we will return the favour. All tables dirty. Had to beg for a receipt. List goes on...
If I could leave no stars I would. We came into a empty store & were ignored. When I asked who was going to help us, we were greeted with hostile energies. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm writing this in hopes that future customer's can take their money elsewhere. The employees here do not care for you or their jobs.
Was visiting Minneapolis for few days. Dropped in to have a quick breakfast here with family. Not such a huge or a pleasant place. Location was good. The staff member was not among the one with the best attitude. She was grumpy as if she did not like us being there. They had run out of Italian Herb & Cheese bread, which was what we always prefer. An ordinary experience.
Server was very courteous and friendly, the sandwich was delicious. ?
It's decent. The guy who works late nights is sort of short with people Everytime I've been in there, but he isn't necessarily unfriendly. He made fine conversation and even smiled once but yeah seems impatient.Restaurant is clean, food is standard, no better or worse than regular Subway. The area can be a little sketchy if you go late at night but honestly I love that they're open so freaking late! The indoor seating is nicer I'd say than other subways, more spread out and private which is cool. There is nothing particularly special about it: overall, it's okay.
Stopped in around 12:15 at night to grab something to eat before we went down the road to check into our hotel since it was raining/ snowing out badly. a nice dude that walked in along with us offered to pay for our subs. for 2 foot longs one with extra meat 3 cookies a bottle of pop and a bag of chips and it apparently total came up to 43 something it seems high for all those so the guy politely asked how it was so high and if he could see his recipet guy who was working was pretty rude while trying to explain and from that point untill we left felt like we were being discriminated he watched us closely as we waited for a lyft for like 45 minutes straight like we were going to rob the place horrible customer service.
Got a chance to meet the grandkids inlaws for the first time and subway made it a good lunch date
