This Subway made my sandwiches the way I ordered them, which is not always the case when placing an order online. Good job.

The girl that works at the Bloomington, Lyndale Ave. store at night is a boss! She always does such an amazing job and is beyond wonderful. SOMEONE GIVE HER A RAISE!
This subway has the WORST customer service and doesn't even deserve 1 star! My first bad Google review Ever! I ordered my daughter a sandwich last Friday, she came to pick it up and no sandwich, they knew nothing of our order. She showed them receipt, still they wouldn't honor the already paid for sandwich. Finally, after an hour, they made her the wrong sandwich and told her she didn't pay for a meal, although we did. She didn't care for the sandwich they did make her, it was wrong and on top of that not good with many toppings she didn't like. I came in the following week to complain and ask that the proper sandwich be made. The manager proceeds to call the owner and they said...this happened Friday it's now Wednesday, we can do nothing. I called multiple times the day of with no answer, I had to physically drive to the location and was treated terribly, the sandwich I paid for and ordered, we NEVER received and also I never received an apology, plus my daughter was treated awful on her lunch hour. She goes to school in the area and needed lunch that day! I can't even tell you how Rudely we were treated. We do not recommend this Subway!???

My bf found hair in his sandwich. We were the last ones tonight, so they are already closed we will call in the morning.
The woman was very rude. She was mad taking my order and putting on the stuff I wanted as if she didn’t want to work there. Now I will never go back.

My grandson loves subway so am there at least once a week getting him a sandwich. Overall service is usually good, and he loves the food.
