Love the Nitro brew! Store was clean and fully staffed. We stop here every time we visit the MOA.
The baristas are SO NICE!! They worked together as a team very well and I was impressed with how fast I got my drink. The seating isn't very comfortable, and there isn't a lot of seating, but the atmosphere is wonderful. Still a good spot to grab some coffee while you shop!!
The first floor star bucks of MOA is the friendliest of the bunch, has the best and fastest staff, and is always clean tidy and not a bad place to visit for a quick drink.
Went to get coffee, website and app said open to 6 30pm. Arrived 6 11pm, many people inside the store but staff at the door said they were closed. If closed why were people still in line to get coffee and still sitting and enjoying drinks.BAD SERVICE!
Friendly staff. Frapps are the best. Really dig their breakfast sandwiches. Their chocolate croissant heated up is so delicious. Definitely a repeat customer.
We had to tolerate heavy metal goth music while we stood in a super LONG LINE. Store is filthy and drinks took 20 minutes. We couldn’t get out fast enough. The patrons were getting angry while waiting.
I have been here for 5 days now.. and every time, Anna has been amazing. Today I came in, bought a coffee, and 5 minutes later, it was spilled all over my showroom. I came back and told her my story because, I am social lol, and she took care of me (I never asked and it wasn't expected)! She has been awesome every time, but this time she went above and beyond.I work retail. I have for 10+ years. Finding someone who cares about their people and truly takes care of them without them asking is the epitomy of World Class Customer Service.Thank you Anna for making my day just that much better!
The first level Starbucks in MOA has such friendly and FAST employees. Honestly one of the best Starbucks I've stopped at.
The option of a shot of espresso mixed with a medium roasted Pike instead of a dark roast was welcome.The room was small...we consumed else where.
Even with the masks, you can tell the Staff is always smiling. Drinks are always made perfectly. Lots of good energy here.
