Not as good as the first floor store, but hey, coffee Is coffee and they are decently fast and friendly.
Their caramel crunch smoothie is yummy I always get extra caramel flavoring I think the coffee shops are kind of expensive but what do you expect

Came in on my day off to do some shopping for my grand child. Stopped off at Starbucks to get a coffee. Store was busy as I assumed it would be. As I was in line I heard the person at the register yell at other employees and insulting them. Not pleased with the lack of customer service from the “store manager”. Other staff was lovely.
Staff confused everyone on orders.. But no big deal.. All sorted out

My friends and I ordered drinks and they shorted the drinks on purpose due to wanting to close early. They were ordered around 7:39-7:40... The mall closes at 8. Theres no excuse. Please grow up. We're all baristas and know there isn't the need to do all that.
