Friendly staff. Refreshers are a bit too filled with ice though. This refresher was about 70% ice 20 % drink. Rip off for 5$.

The Southtown Starbucks is a wonderful establishment, with great, open seating, friendly employees, and a fantastic vibe! The employee who helped me was very friendly, and definitely did the Starbucks franchise proud! Along with the atmosphere, the food and drinks are up to the usual Starbucks par, and there is a great selection of Star bucks merch! Would recommend coming if looking for a nice cafe to work, study, it just hang out in!

Got the Farmhouse and it had a pepper type of cream cheese stuff on it that was so bad we had to scrape it off.
The owner should be sued. I ordered a drink and sandwhich before work and they took my money on the app and confirmed my order to be ready for pick up.. I drive all the ya down there and the store was closed! So they stole my money.
Always friendly staff! I was bummed that they were closed so much in the last few months.
Checked the store hours on both Google and the Starbucks app before starting the 30 minute trip to the store only to arrive and find that the location is in fact NOT open. I can truly understand the issues that come from being short staffed, but what frustrates me is that the hours are not being communicated in a way that could prevent a large amount of unnecessary travel for nothing.
