Have never had a bad experience at this location before. However, clearly someone was not having a good day. I ordered 5 drinks, 4 of them were frappuccinos. First of all, Abby, the cashier kept acting like I was ordering too much. Second, when it came to the fourth drink she literally grunted, like as if she didn’t like my order and was being forced to be there. Then i ordered my passion tea sweetened and mentioned it twice, but guess what? It was not sweetened.
amazing customer service! everyone was so kind and seemed like they all had a great relationship with each other! drink was delicious and cheeper then other starbucks i’ve been too. love love love them all
They don’t respect people time. They supposed to be open based on their goggle map account but they already close. They supposed to update the google hours if they concern about their customer time.
All we asked was for a straw for a refresher drink and they refused to give us one. Everyone at this place just stand around and talk. Better look at your service!This is at Target in Bloomington.Don’t go here if you want bad services!
