I ordered ahead on my phone, said it should be ready by 12:46. I get there and its not busy. My food item was ready and waiting for me when I got there. My drink wasn't made yet. That's fine. I can wait. But im growing impatient as like I said it is not busy. The the baristas were just chatting. Finally, I see the barista making it. She finish making it, but doesn't put the lid on. Instead, walks away and makes another drink... she put that drink in the pickup counter when she was done, but my drink was just sitting there in the back counter. Why didn't she just put the lid on and put it in the pick up counter? Why did she just leave it there and then went to make another drink? My drink was ready at 12:57. Ten mins after what was estimated it should be ready. Like I said, it wasn't even busy. What the heck?
The spinach mozzarella sandwich with dry tomatoes wasn't good. They quality of tomatoes wasn't great and the cheese was just at the end of the sandwich. And they didn't have main drinks by lunch time which made the whole experience worse.
Online order was 15 minutes late. I ordered green tea with peach and raspberry and they just gave me a regular green tea. I know the store is busy in the morning but this was not a pleasant start to my morning.
One of the best in the area. They have consistent drinks and hours. Other locations seemingly would close randomly during the day.
20 minutes for a mobile order when it stated 9 minutes. Many orders placed after mine came before. They need a better balance of who's doing what.
nice seating places for people~ and I really liked the touch of (these little Pretty flower decorations!) on some of the tables! It felt like.. a particularly? pleasant, chill atmosphere, for a Starbucks. =] So this is the 1 on.. (98th & Lyndale, in Bloomington.) ~no drive thru. but as described, had a pleasant experience when I had2 go in, Hah~
Theres a barista that doesn’t know how to properly make drinks and has a attitude when you tell them the drink is made wrong!!! Do not have an attitude with me when I pay an arm and a leg for a drink that doesn’t taste good. DO NOT COME to this location no skilled workers
Nice location not too far from the airport. Staff was really nice and fast. We decided to order inside. Staff was wearing masks. Some of the customers at the tables were not wearing a mask. Drinks were at right temperature.
12/20 @ 1pm - Very fast service, was in and out and it seemed there were many to-go orders being made at the same time. Caramel Ribbon Crunch tasted amazingly delicious!
