30 minutes for mozzarella sticks?! And I had to order twice because they didn't get them the first time. I waited patiently and it was not busy whatsoever, maybe 5 cars total. Do at the 20 minute mark, I pressed the button to order again and asked about my order, she said it was being made and ended. After about 10 more minutes I called the store asking what was going on, it can't possibly take 30 minutes for frozen mozzarella sticks, right? They were finally brought out with not so much as an apology, just shoved into my window. Finally a young man who I took as the shift manager came over and asked if anything was wrong and I explained the whole story. He looked confused and just offered me my money back for the mozzarella sticks, I accepted but most restaurants try to make it a little more right. I will never, ever be returning. No thank you.
It took 20 minutes to get our order of 3 shakes, this was going through the drive-thru, with 2 cars in front of us. We were told by the young kid who came and took our payment, before we got to the window, "I'm the best drive-thru worker they have, I have your order handled", when we requested our receipt. In the meantime two of the cars behind us were brought their orders and left. We continued to wait at the window and when our order was finally given to us, it was wrong. The kid who told us how great he is when he took our payment, did not even apologize. By this point, after sitting in 80° heat, in direct sunlight, I refused to wait another minute for them to give me the right order. The icing on the cake turned out to be that over a third of our shakes were whipped cream, and the fact they only gave us one plastic straw and two paper straws that did not work. My 5-year-old said it perfectly, "we'll never go there again".
Took 28 minutes to get our food. Someone came out to grab our card, and said, "that'll be 19 something". Got our card back about 5 minutes later when it was our turn at the window. We ordered 2 orders of popcorn chicken (since they don't have wings anymore) and a large ocean water. Came out to 19.54 or 19 something, can't remember. Here is a picture of one order of the chicken, mind you, my hands are on the smaller side. Won't be ordering the chicken again, not even worth the price. Even though it was my favorite and the only thing we used to order :(
The food is good but the new paper straws have to go. I know your trying to help the environment but not at the cost of taste the paper straws taste like paper which runs the taste of drinks ect... they also stick to your lips. PLEASE get rid of paper straws
Person who took my order had a lot of trouble hearing me and got quite a few things on my order wrong. For example, I asked for a mini shake and they ended up charging me for a medium. Also I asked for a large entree with a medium combo and they gave me the large combo and the medium entree. It wouldn’t be as bad if I hadn’t been charged more than what I wanted to spend due to miscommunication. Food was overall very good, though.
Well let's see... The most pleasurable experience for with fast is the fries.These were not pleasurable in the least. They were small portions tasteless, limp, old, luke warm, the dregs (bits and mushy pieces)of the last of the fries before fresh ones were poured in.The sandwich wasn't bad, the diet Dr Pepper was good but as I say the fast food experience is quality of the fries so I was not happy.Ordering process was smooth and fast the menu was legible and colorful
i came here to pick up an order for door dash, and it said to go through the drive through. little did i know that i would be waiting 15+ min and then when i try to call, no answer. i understand that it gets busy and that it’s a lot to keep up with, but at least pick up the phone so that i’m not waiting here wasting my time. quit acting like chipotle and just answer the phone for a 25 second conversation. i just wanna know if there’s a faster way the food is probably cold by now. it said it was ready at 6:47 and it’s currently 7:11. lol when i was typing someone came out and helped.. still a little frustrated but at least i’m getting out of here now ?
Have consistently had issues with mobile orders at this location. Will arrive on time and enter the stall number, my name shows up, I wait 5 minutes and my name disappears, I push the order button and explain that I never received my slushy, wait 5 more minutes and it gets brought out. I might as well have ordered when I got there or gone through the drive thru but then you miss out on the discount.
I normally love this place but I went there tonight and got two mini sonic blasts. One of them was normal, but the other was 2/3 full only at the top with a giant hole with no ice cream at the bottle on the cup. Very disappointed. There was also a hole in the bottom of both cups.
Lunch time leftoversI think my burger I got was left over from lunch. I was there at 330pm and when I bit into the burger at home the bun was dried out and I couldn't chew it. Cheese on the burger not melted probably because the burger was cold. Sad disappointment.
