Generous amount of seating and solid service once initial contact was made. The prices here are still pretty reasonable. The veggie burger was quite tasty. I usually go for fries but I tried the onion rings this time and I wasn't a big fan.
It was good, did like the pumpernickel buns available and the ice cream soda made my Dad smile… service was good the hamburgers seemed over done
We went to Snuffy's on Friday night. It was very busy, but no waiting to be seated. After getting our seat, we waited for 30 minutes without being acknowledged. We noticed that a lot of people had drinks, but not food. We finally got up and walked out because it was clear no one was going to help us. We went to Culver's which was excellent.
Snuffy's food is OK. The best thing on their menu is the malts. However, their customer service is lacking. I walked in the other day hoping to get a malt and some fries to go. Waited over 10 minutes without so much as a "hello" or "we'll be right with you." A line had formed behind me, and I ended up just leaving. I understand they were busy, but at least acknowledge that people are waiting.
Ordered a cheeseburger to go with a malt. Service was fast and friendly. Bacon and Blue burger was good and the cookie dough malt was even better.
I've been to this location a handful of times and somehow every time, my waitress was Veronica. She was incredible and it was very clear that she loves her job. She was kind, engaged with conversations, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Speaking of the menu, the food was also phenomenal, can't go wrong with a good burger, fries, and a milkshake! (I recommend splitting an order of fries & a milkshake if you're going with another person).
We had 2 adults and 3 kids in our party. Nate K. was our server and was fantastic! On the ball with everything, fun and upbeat, just pleasant all around. Our bill was $58, including signature hand-spun malts...a bargain on their own. He got a $42 tip and he deserved every penny. Thank you Nate!

Very fast service. Great onion rings. Huge variety of malt flavors. Novelty flavor-of-the-month malts.
