It was super busy in the mall, but they have GF hamburger buns! I am allergic to whole wheat, so I appreciate when restaurants offer an alternative so I don't have to order a burger without a bun. It coat a little extra, but it was worth it. The burger was worth the wait.
Have never tried Shake Shake before and it didn’t disappoint. Possibly one of the best burgers I have had. The fries were also very good. Other people in our group got the chicken sandwich and they liked those as well. I would definitely go back if I lived nearby.
Quite possibly the worst food I have ever eaten. We ordered two 10 piece nuggets and a 6 piece. The chicken bites were overcooked and disintegrated when you bit into them. I dont know if they were using really old oil or what the problem was. But I left feeling like we spent $40 on garbage.
Ordered the build your own and they text you when it's ready. Well made and good tasting burger and crinkle fries.
I ordered a Mushroom Vegan Burger. It was delicious, it had a flavor and aroma that I felt satisfying. I also had some cheesy fries. Isaac helped my eating experience by helping me answer my questions, very courteous man. I had a very enjoyable experience. I'll be back.
I was a little disappointed because I had looked forward to going here for a long time and it really wasn't as good as it was cracked up to be. The food wasn't bad but wasn't great and for the price you pay I would expect much better. But they are famous for their milkshakes and I got the cookies and cream and that didn't disappoint! It was delicious! ?
Very poor service, we were told it was because we had 5 people. Other people who came after us in line were given their food before us. It took 35 minutes for us to get our food of 4burgers, a hotdog, and fries.
Went here on President's day weekend(Saturday). Very busy, waited about 15mins for 2 hamburgers, a drink, and some fries. Decently expensive, but the quality is what you'd expect for the price. Pretty good considering it's fast food nature. The fries are crinkle cut and sub par when compared to other competitors, such as Culver's.
We ordered online and waited a few minutes for our food (burgers, shakes, and fries). We were notified that our food was ready, but when we went up to the counter it actually wasn't. Not a huge deal, so we waited a little longer until we could pick up our food. The food tasted decent. About an hour later I began to feel nauseous and have stomach pains. It progressively got worse in the following hours until I ended up vomiting later in the day. I didn't eat anything else before I began to feel unwell.
This was our first visit and we were impressed. Good burgers and crispy fries. I had never had crispy I crinkle fries before! They are usually soggy, but not this place. We had the Christmas sugar cookie shake and it was good. I love when restaurants provide cups for water.
