This place was originally my favorite and everytime I come here, I always buy their drinks. I came here yesterday and was so excited for their drinks but after I bought it, the Thai tea I had was water down and the pearl was hard. The big cookie I bought was also hard like it was old and have been sitting there for a while. I will not be coming back here again. There is other bubble tea places there so I will definitely go try those out!
Good customer service and good drinks!! Although I am concerned about the vanilla shakes. I used to order them and they had so much flavour to them and now they just taste like water and I don’t feel the vanilla at all. Overall I really love this place!!!!
Always great! Kai- who made our beverages was so nice! I come back here time and time again for the great customer service, that's so hard to find in this mall lately.
Looked all over MOA for a place eith good loose leaf. What we ended up with tasted over brewed and low quality.
Bought a royal tea and it taste like weird... so I went back to them and made it fresh from the start... but honestly it doesn't taste like the original signature flavor like before... :( grand ave and Hennepin do make it right on

Just wanted to leave a review for my favorite boba place so far! Almost every visit, I get a mango shake with tapioca pearls, and it never disappoints. I’ve tried different flavors like taro, strawberry, and passion fruit, and they were all so good. I have absolutely no complaints; though sometimes, the shakes turn into a slushy consistency after a while when it gets too cold, or the tapioca gets a bit hard. Just keep stirring often, and you’ll be fine. The employees are always friendly, especially this one woman I often see who’s super cheery. The place itself is always clean and welcoming. You most likely won’t have to wait long at all for your drink. I definitely would recommend :)
Very gross drink, asked for suggestions since it was my first time trying and she gave me a blank look, I kept my drink but wanted to exchange my mother’s since she really disliked it. The girl that was there had to ask another lady what to do, and she immediately said I won’t change that just because you didn’t like it. Ended up dumping that one in the trash in front of them, i didn’t drink mine either, after a few sips I could feel the sour tartness hit my stomach NOT in a good way! I should of know how bad it was considering it was the only place deserted of people. Only bad experience I’ve had from all the places at this mall.
