Great remodel and service was wonderful! Thank you Crystal!!! Coconut Shrimp had no flavor at all and no more Raspberry vinaigrette. Paid extra for the Lobster bisque (don't do it, tastes like melted Velveeta). At least the biscuits remain the same!
It didn't take very long for us to get seated and our waiter was super nice. He could even speak Spanish to accommodate some of the people at my time. He was super friendly but unfortunately I can't remember his name. The food there was pretty but I wish there were a few more side options. Overall though the service was great and I would return.
Was an excellent choice of food that includes two types of ? shrimps, lobster (tail) and scallops. The waitress was a very kind and attentive young guy. They serve the food fast enough, so we didn't wait to much.
We don’t make normally leave reviews but this gentleman deserves recognition. Our family went here for a birthday dinner, our first server went home due to reasons, we were without service for awhile while waiting for our food. The older gentleman with the “ I love my mom” red badge took over and took care of us, his speed and his ability to cater us is how we want to be treated in every restaurant. He was smiley and happy to serve us.
Love the staff and the food here. We highly recommend the crab-stuffed shrimp Rangoon appetizer. The Sesame-Soy Salmon bowl is also one of our favorite.

I have not been to red lobster since like 2013. I saw that they have a new $15.99 deal. The lobster Bisque and it was Lukewarm and basically COLD. I had to ask our waiter to warm it up. Use Chef Mike aka MICROWAVE. Not even any bits of pieces of lobster. I tried my best to finish water it was heated up and I just could not.There was like nobody at the restaurant and I had to ask my waiter for water and silverware.Our second appetizer was decent. So like 4 shrimps. You can never mess that up.I got the fish and chips and it the cod fish was sooo overcooked and rubbery. Inedible. I wanted to send it back, but I didn’t complain because my significant other asked me not too. I think there is a time and place to just let the server know what’s going on. This should’ve been the time. But that’s 100% on me.The food should’ve been right the first time.First and last time at red lobster for me. I give good reviews and even decent reviews for places. This just was not up to to my standards.
We went here on Sunday, 4/17 at 1pm. We have visited this location many times in the past snd usually have excellent service. The service on this occasion was a disaster. First, we put on name on list online. Upon arrival the host could not find the name on the list. When asked to check again, he found the name. After being seated, we were greeted pleasantly and our order was taken. The rest of the service we received was unfriendly and unfortunate. When the salads arrived at the table, the waitress arrived with a scowl and quickly and aggressively called out the names of the salads until someone at the table grabbed each salad. Our drinks did not arrive until after our salads and appetizers. When the entrees arrived, our table was still covered in dirty dishes even though we cleaned and stacked them as best as possible. The names of dishes were again called out loudly and aggressively at our group. My MIL was missing a side dish, but was afraid to ask the waitress for it after our previous encounters with her. She never received her side dish. We understand if the restaurant was short staffed. We don’t mind waiting. However, being yelled at my the waitstaff repeatedly when we are waiting patiently is unacceptable.
We have always liked dining at Red Lobster, but I feel as if the franchise needs help!! Decor is dated, bathrooms need an update. The restaurant needs a total remodel. Our server was very sweet and accomodating. Menu is okay.
