The food was awful and my lemonade tasted like farts. But we came for the atmosphere which the whole family enjoyed. The service was excellent.
Our server was great! We had 4 kids wild off of being at Nickelodeon Universe and she was so patient! Very attentive to our needs and great service.
Had reservations on 8/4 and they didnât bother to call and say reservations were cancelled due to a shooting at the mall. If a friend hadnât of told me, I would have showed up at the mall and it would have been in lockdown. I also called and asked were they planning to call anyone to tell them they canât come and they said they were waiting to see if the lockdown would be lifted and then they would call everyone on their reservation list. The mall remained close for the rest of the night and I STILL never received a call from Rainforest Cafe to say that my reservation had to be cancelled. Poor customer service and I didnât even get a chance to go! Maybe if was for the better! Iâm sure I had a better experience going to Doolittles Grill anyway!
I feel that this restaurant is overrated a little. The food was ok.The coolest part was the thunderstorms and the Rainforest decor and moving animals. The booths need repair and widening. We had to pull the table out and the upholstery was tore up. I can only imagine what it looks like when they turn the regular lights on. Overall it was a good experience but it could be better.

My only recommendation is to eliminate the table for two . It was too small by the time the food, beverages, silverware, etc was served.
Granddaughter first experience
Hostess was rude and didn't explain anything when asked. Server was very nice. Food was excellent but pretty expensive.
Our server was amazing and made the whole experience that much better! Such a fun place to take the kids!
