We ordered a 10 piece online and picked up at drive-through. Got home to find only 8 pieces of chicken. Called and got no answer. Wife drove back over to get the rest of our chicken. They gave us one extra wing for our trouble. I think we are done with this chicken chain. They have terrible customer service. Manager did not seem to care at all.
Customer service is a joke. Nothing is taken seriously. If they make a mistake trust and believe they will not make it better you are stuck with what you got. And the shrimp is very spicy ordered for our four year old it’s what he wanted and he can’t possibly eat them. They are so hot. Manager says ALL shrimp is made Cajun. Definitely doesn’t say this on the menu. Try telling him this… might as well go talk to a tree. I don’t know how this place is stillOpen. I won’t even mention my first visit I had there it’s was literally the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had in all my 40 years. Chicken SANDWHICHES are still BOMB if you can take the disrespect that goes along with it.
I was disappointed because I didn't get the leg thigh 2 piece dinner. It wasn't what I ordered. I got a dried breast and a dried up wing. I feel like the person didn't understand the difference pieces of chicken. The frie were terrible. I am going to try to order the 2 piece chicken, and if it's not right, you will hear from me again. We need a store in Lakeville, Mn.
This particular restaurant has major issues. Almost everytime I stop, my order is wrong. The food is very good, but their quality control is horrible. I am not going back to this location again. I'm willing to drive further if my order is correct. If you decide to go to this location make sure to double check your order before leaving.
Side of jalapenos. Yeah.Dined in. Fed family of five with 12-piece meal. I made a mistake on my order. They promptly corrected, no fuss, great experience, great staff, will definitely come back.
I'm not sure why Popeyes bothers advertising the shrimp because you can never get it here. It's either terrible inventory management or the employees are just too lazy to bother with it and instead say they are out. And they also stopped offering the Cajun rice which was my favorite side. Pitiful.
The food is usually ok here but the service is below average and the drive thru is really bad but that's just the location. How did you manage to mixup Cajun fries with rice and gravy?
Absolutely disgusting. Wasted my money here for the last time. Overcooked stuff chicken stink red beans and rice. This place needs new management or needs to be shut down.
Wish I could give it Zero stars the manager is very rude the food was old. Not fresh tried to refuse me a refund will never be back here
There food is good and all but service is TERRIBLE! I asked them at the drive through " do you still have the spicy chicken sandwich?" Then they answered to ME RUDELY "Do not see it on the menu!?".There was another time at night I came through the drive thru a Hispanic man took my order and didn't even pay attention but talking to his coworker laughing. When I came to the window when my order already been already fully taken He gave me an attitude as if I shouldn't be here. And he keep admiring his nails he painted. This restaurant location is very disappointing and disrespectful to the customer! Bad service hands DOWN!
