I accidentally ordered my pizza incorrectly and they were so nice and accommodating. I really appreciate how they wanted to give me the pizza I tried to order when I was going to just just eat what I had. Thank you guys for such friendly, fast service, and yummy pizza!
Did curbside pickup but no one ever came out after hitting the "I'm here" button and eventually calling. I had to go into the store in my working in the yard clothes and slippers because I hadn't planned on getting out of the car. We paid for extra cheese but didn't feel like there was, and the pizza had almost no sauce.
Delicious pizza and the food was hot and ready on Pick up!
worst pizza ever it was dry hard was thin crust and i did not order thin crust they did not even cut it all the way. I will never go get pizza there. I also had ordered chicken wings and they claim their fryer just went down after accepting an order with chicken wings on it online. I have gone to Pizza Hut multiple times in the past and it hasn't been super great, but I always wanted to give it another chance. Every time I had gone it has always been bad, but this is the worst is has ever been. This is the last time, I will never go back again!
Would be nice if pizza was warmer when delivered, and less dry. Pizza that I ordered a couple of weeks ago was much better.
The worst service I ordered on line and is almost 3 hours and I never get my order then I call and they say that the pizza was in the way and it never came I call and they said that they will give me my refund and I haven't received anything i Pay 61.00 I need mi monney back
You need to make sure to set realistic delivery times on the App. Our order took more than 2 hours to be delivered due to staffing issues, but the app said the order was in the oven for more than 90 minutes.
My pizza arrived cold. 50 minutes later! If I wanted a cold pizza, I could’ve gone to a store and gotten a frozen one. Fries looks like it was eaten before and of course- cold. Never ordering from them again.
Consistently provide pizza like you did this last time!
