It’s quick service, down side is only one person was wearing gloves! Seen them touched the veggies and pizza dough with their bare hands , gross. I hope they at least washed their hands if they gonna be touching without gloves.
Those people who complained should keep their opinions to themselves not all pizza hut are bad they don't even live in Minnesota the ones who complain I tell you I always get good food and service from this location and if something is wrong they will fix it for me right away never had a bad experience in a long time from them so if you don't have something nice to say about them don't say anything at all it's you who have the problem not the company
The pizza had something wrong with it. Even the smell of it on delivery had a rancid smell. It was stuffed crust, pepperoni, mushroom, and black olive. Delivery driver was amazing.
When i placed my order the first person hung up on me. So i called back and then i was able to place my order, i then asked to speak with the manager to tell of the experience that i got and when he got on the telephone and i explained what happened he said, " well what do you want me to do". So i called back the next day and spoke to the gm and tried to make excuses, i just told him i will never order from pizza hut again. They did not even a star from me.
Over an hour from when I called to order, employee at the store was rude when I called to check on the status, and dealing with the call center is ridiculous to simply order a pizza.And it was cold. Worst 22 bucks I ever spent.
They had a really good deal for a pizza box only $12!Pizza was really good! Everything was fresh and warm. Estimated time was 10 minutes it came out in about 15-20 which is understandable for fresh pizza and it was fairly busy! So all in all a great experience!Also everything was very clean Which was very good to see!
The pizza was very tasty, and it was fast, the staff is very friendly, the only thing is that the place does not look very nice, somewhat neglected.
Order was supposed to be be ready by 7:15 pm for pick up... It is 8:10 as I am writing this review and I still have not received my order... Several people have come and gone with there food, including those whose orders were supposed to be done after mine... They did refund my order for the delay.
This place should be CLOSED! I live in IL. My order was mistakenly place to a MN Pizza Hut. When I called (5 times), I was placed on endless holds, hung up on, and no answer. They took my money and I got no food. Pizza Hut should be embarrassed by this franchisee. Unless I get my money back, I will never buy from Pizza Hut again, and tell everyone I know about this experience and to boycott Pizza Hut.
I am not sure what was the reason but the pizza arrived rather cold. I am aware that the night in question was -8* but I was under the impression that the drivers had a pizza warmer or something in their car to keep the pizza nice and hot until it arrived.
