First time visiting mall of america and ate at this place. My husband got the carbonara with chicken and loved it. The spices were really good together for a good court meal. I got the penne pesto with chicken and it was just okay. Certainly nothing to rave about and didn't have the flavorful taste that my husbands dish had
Great place to stop by for some food at the mall; Friendly service and tasty food that smells delicous 'n all! Service is relatively quick as well, unless they're grilling up a protein fresh for yah. Even so, the wait is worth it
The people working here clearly hate their jobs. Food is ok, but they act inconvenienced when you have to ask them multiple times to include the ingredients the item has. Manager, who is basically a kid was pretty much annoyed with having to interact with customers.
Man the people that work here are dope. Nick and his crew are the best!! I had to leave a review in my alternate account, I’ve never done that but they make the experience that good. It’s unfair how we can’t tip them though, corporate you gotta let us show our appreciation at the Minimum!!!!!!
This place is also consistently busy but the quality doesn't suffer. This is my go-to when I'm at MoA and I don't really bother with any other restaurant, really. The ingredients appear to be pretty high grade from what I can tell.
Great accommodation by the staff here. I asked for no pork residue and Andrew gladly changed his gloves. Nick and Octavious also gave us good recommendations being my friend’s first time. Thanks again, Piada is lucky to have a great staff, definitely will be coming back!!
The chicken carbonara was sooooo yood yall have to try it. The workers are really nice and the food is absolutely amazing!
Overall very good food! I had the Pesto Basil with Grilled Chicken, the Piada Bread, and Garlic Dough.The pasta was perfect al dente and really good flavor. The Piada Bread had strong flavor, a bit greasy but great flavor without needing to soaking it in ranch dressing. The Garlic Dough for me left much to be desired in terms of flavor and I thought it was to salty. But my gf thought it was alright.

I read the reviews and it sounded like a place I could try. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here. The food looks great, specially the salads (I probably should have ordered a salad.) I ordered pasta with hot fried chicken. Here is why I rated it 2-stars.Pros:It's decently pricedPortions are goodPasta cooked wellCons:- Hot fried chicken is.... HOT! I eat very spicy food, so I tolerated it. But if you don't, this side dish is NOT for you.- The pasta sauce was not very rich.- I found TWO hairs on my food. As I was eating there was this long hair on my pasta which got on my mouth (yuck) I had to pull it out my mouth. I was hungry, so I honestly just moved aside the area in the plate from whence the hair was. Even I was disgusted, I was hungry so kept eating. Lo and behold, I kept looking to see if there was some more (since I had already been traumatized) and yes, I found another small hair! I had enough, I didn't even feel like taking a picture. I closed my plate and tossed it. I didn't want to be that person to cause a scene or anything, so I didn't complain there. I don't want my money back, either.. All I ask (if the owners or managers are reading this) please give your employees some hair nets or something to prevent this from happening in the future. I saw some had hats, but I guess this was not enough.Unfortunately, I will never eat here again.
