I always am recognized by name and greeted upon arrival. Wait people are competent, attentive & friendly. Clean environment, always feel good when here, good positive vibes along with good food at affordable prices. I transplanted here from the now closed Highway 100 location and already feel at home. Solid dining experience, no frills per se, but good food and friendly staff. The 4 star rating didn't mean that there was anything wrong, but just that it didn't "wow" me. But then if it had, I'd have probably paid more. So if you're looking to impress someone, this isn't the place. But if you want a good variety of good food and service at a reasonable price, you won't go wrong here. Bakery items were enticing (pies & cakes) so we grabbed a slice. Parking was fine, but I was there after the rush. Busy times could be more problematic. I'd go back.
Stopped in for dinner with the family. Due to having a nice loud family we don’t often go out, so it’s had been a few years. Gabe welcomed us, brought us to a table and grabbed our drinks. Being a busy night, our server, Katrina was juggling other tables. Thanks Gabe for a strong start and Katrina for a fun meal.Quality staff. Great family dinner.
Was here to pickup up and order and they were very organized and had a great pick up system where I didn't even have to wait for someone to help me. They had the food and drinks packed great so they didn't spill or fall over in the car. They had the receipt taped to the bag showing the name on the order and what the order was. The store was clean and well lit and had a good atmosphere with music playing softly and staff who were friendly and smiling. This was a great experience and I would recommend this restaurant to all.
This is the only Perkins available for 24 hours service(in my area)... but that comes with some restrictions: per Tom the overnight manager they are unable to retain sufficient staff so really their hours of operation are not listed appropriately(per him) they are unable to retain staff from 12 A.M. to 6 A.M. daily so don't come to eat at their restaurant as they are only open for takeout. Absolutely NO exceptions allowed--per Tom overnight Manager. He recommends IHOP if you are looking to dine in(literally per the manager--). Please go somewhere else if you want to eat-in because they can't retain staff.
its ok breakfast food especially egg benedicts but the browie with walnuts had no nuts in it at all greatly disppointed
Thanks to Tom, customer services manager, our family had a wonderful meal after a memorial service. Abby, our waitress, served all 30 guests with friendly and efficient service. The Perkins staff also provided a cozy room in their fireplace dining area, and it felt private and comfortable. Thank you to Tom, Abby, and the Perkins team, our family enjoyed a private memorial meal in honor of a loved one.
it's definitely four stars with room to grow or room to fail.It was rather expensive for the quality of meal. It's still very popular despite this.It seems like some options are better than others and the lunch menu was kind of big. I only had breakfast so that may have been my fault.Since it was quite popular the restaurant staff were busy, but everything looked clean and the food was prepared adequately.I would like to go again just to try it out.
I had a disappointing meal at this Perkins today. The server forgot silverware, delivered cold food, never checked back to see if the food was good. And for some reason had a attitude when she was clearly not on her game. Usually have better service, and better food.
One of the best experiences at a restaurant in a very long time! Our waitress, Shelbea, was fantastic! Took care of our every need, very personable, friendly, and attentive! The food was excellent and served promptly and hot! I've been to a few Perkins restaurants in the area, but this one takes the Blue Ribbon! I will be coming back for sure!
