I came to pick up a online order, that was mistakenly a double order I tried to address over the ph then in person. A heavy short haired brunette woman presented as the manager, treated me so bad, for just requesting to allow me to pick up just 2 of the 4 breakfasts. Her response was irrational, she kept asking me if I WANTED HER TO EAT THE BREAKFAST! She was so ill mannered a complete stranger came to my defense and told the manager to STOP talking to me with such indignation. The kind stranger, black male also stated he would wait with me until the refund was process. He mentioned his wife and kid were about to dine in the restaurant but after witnessing my miss treatment, he told them to stay in the car. He also said he was standing behind me the whole conversation, I had no clue until he spoke up. I felt like I was in the Mississippi of the North. I think she was mad that I would NOT give her the hate she was giving me. Don't eat there and if your black you been warned.

Food was very good. Our waitress Amanda was excellent. They were super busy and she handled it like a pro. We had a group of 9, so we were a handful.

I typically come here for breakfast foods, but I wanted something savory. I was fond of the chicken tenders with a side of mashed potatoes. So much so, that I got two more sides of mashed potatoes with gravy. The brown and turkey gravy is good, and its hard to find a quick place that serves mashed potatoes with gravy these days. I'm looking at you, ?? ?. Staff was a little sparce, thats why the 4 stars.

I walked into this restaurant and it was packed. I somewhat expected this because it was a holiday. What I was not expecting was that there wouldn't really be any instructions for us while we waited. For example, they wanted us to sign a sheet so they could keep track of who was in what order in line. This information wasn't shared. Instead, I was left to find this information out on my own. I ordered from the dessert menu. What I ordered turned out ok. The waitress was polite. She brought my order promptly. I would like to see what the restaurant runs like when things are a bit slower, to evaluate the restaurant then. But for now, I'm rating it a 3 out of 5 because a restaurant should have a system in place for when things get busy and also be able to explain this system to guests when they enter the door. Also, I would like the opportunity to try something from the food menu before I give anything higher than this and I did not get the chance for that at this visit.

Stopped in for a decent meal after a long, cold day and it didn't disappoint. My burger and tots were excellent and Mom enjoyed her pot roast, baked potato and salad. The staff was very friendly despite being short. Nice place to stop and avoid the prices at Mall of America.

My food was ok, bacon was a little burnt, boys loved their sprinkle pancakes. My husbands breakfast had a super long black curly hair in it. They did refund us for his meal, but he was super turned off on eating anything else while we were there unfortunately.

Happy friendly staff. Got food fast when they were packed. Food was very good. Will be going back. Family favorite restaurant. Have been going for many many years.
