Been ordering online from this Papa Murphy's regularly since August, once or twice a week, and they always get it made right and on time for pickup. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.
I'm not sure if this a papa muphy's issue or an app issue, but either way, it's unfortunate that if you try to order after 8:30 on the app the order wont go through because they close at 9. All they do is put toppings on dough so it really doesn't take 30 whole minutes to make. You can order from real restaurants that actually cook your food within the last 30 minutes, you should be able to here too.

We used to purchase pizza here every week and twice during football season. But lately, the pizzas are not made well and they are out of side dishes way too often. Tonight the pizza had no cheese around the edge of the entire pizza. About 2 inches of red sauce and no cheese until the middle. I asked for a side dish, they did not have. High turnover of employees and seemed to be poorly trained. My suggestion, pay your employees more to retain them and maybe the pizzas would be more consistent. I am not expecting us to return anytime soon. This used to be our favorite pizza place, but not anymore. Sorry!

Employees are so unhappy and clearly don't want to be there. They are so rude and snide I just walked out without ordering. I won't be back.
11/20/2019 Once again the assistant manger "Tom" made me feel very uneasy. I ordered a 5 cheese bread and an XLNY. I really enjoy the value and quality of your food... But I asked "Tom" for a bag for my cheese bread and sauce...He rolled his eye's at me... like Really?? I was the only customer... My Dad owed 5 pizza place's ... So I understand what being under the gun is in the pizza game.. Customer service is always supposed to be #1 and Tom made me feel more like #2 if you know what I mean. I gave this a 1 star for the service... a pitiful 1 star... I couldn't leave a 1/2 star.
