I would do 0 stars if it was an option, I ordered a full chicken salad and it was not busy and I waited 15 minutes for a dish that wasn’t even half filled, a few pieces of chicken and barely anything else, definitely not worth the $, pick somewhere else.
I ordered a Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad. I got a salad without pineapple, blueberries and CHICKEN! I go back to the counter and ask. - Are you out of pineapple? She says. Yes. And Chicken? And she says yes! I am like well - when you order a salad with chicken and you are out chicken not to mention the other two ingredients it would be nice to know so I could have made a different choice ordering. The super rude employee called me a Karen! Hello! Not great customer service. Come on Panera you can do better!
Terrible. No buffalo sauce on spicy chicken sandwich, no chicken on my chicken salad and kraft cheese in my grilled cheese sandwich
Absolutely trash place. Dirty tables, no napkins and sadist Atmosphere. Ordered Chipotle Avacodo Sandwich which was a complete disaster.
Ordered a green goddess Cobb salad From Grubhub. I called to ask for extra dressing but their answering machine says to call Grubhub support. So I hung up hoping it would be enough dressing. Annoyed that they don’t have a person to speak to. Why does the salad come with no dressing at all. Why would they send a salad out with no dressing. As I’m in a hotel I just threw the whole meal away. The green godess Cobb salad but they only deliver the Cobb with no green godess makes no sense.
I was the 3rd customer when they opened at 10am. They made my sandwich wrong, and when I brought it to their attention, they said they would remake it for me. I went to sit down and watch my husband eat, then after a few minutes went to stand and wait by the pick up area. After a few more minutes, I saw the woman who told me she would remake it walk by and glance at me then look away. A few minutes went by before I saw her again and was able to ask about my sandwich. Apparently she never had it remade, so I had to wait even longer while she had someone else remake it (that person was very kind about it). So they opened at 10, i was the 3rd customer, and I got the remade sandwich at 10:35 (well after my husband had finished eating).
Disappointing lunch here today. The Mediterranean bowl with chicken added was almost all just rice with a very stingy amount of chicken, about 5 tiny bites on top. Some cuke slices and tomatoes, a few olives. No tasty dressing, just some feta scattered and then a cup of sour cream instead of tzatziki which would have livened it up. The bowl was a big letdown from those I remember having several years ago. How much plain rice can you eat??!!
We went to Panera for bread. They had no bread. They also had no soda, no Mac and cheese, and ran out of actual bread halfway through our order. Probably never going to Panera again. Paid 12 dollars for a small sandwich, and didn't even have the right bread. Awful.
Quite a few of absolutely awful staff at this location. I also work at MOA, so I eat my lunch at the restaurants within the mall. I’ve had multiple employees be rude to me and were just very unpleasant to deal with. Horrible customer service.
Very limited menu... pretty much a short selection of soups, salads, bagels, and pastries. No sandwiches at all. Pretty disappointing.
