I ate at this location 3 nights in a row at the bar while in town for business. While they were all great experiences the last evening was the best while Darius was at the bar. The service was just a little better and the hustle was appreciated. If you appreciate Olive Garden as much as me stop in. You won’t be sorry.
Dinner time slow is to be expected but we felt ignored while waiting to order anything. Around 5:45 - 6pm seating was pretty quick. I felt I got slighted on my shrimp scampi because I have been to other Olive Garden's and received more. Husband received one of the Alfredo dishes and received a very large amount and was able to take some home. I have had better service and probably won't go back to that particular one.
We went on a Thursday for a small birthday party. They had two small tables pulled together to fit 10 people. We were very cramped and when you don't know others you don't want to sit that close. I ordered sirloin with broccoli since I'm on low carb, low sodium diet. Food wasn't anything that good. I wouldn't go back. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was in need of cleaning.

Received no server. Had the call server feature activated on kiosk. Several employees walked by. They were not short staffed. We ended up leaving after twenty minutes. Might try their to-go next time.
Took my mom out for an early lunch right when they opened. We each had the soup and salad and my mom only had one cup of soup so the waitress offered to dish out a bowl of soup and send it home with her. I thought that was excellent customer service and exactly what they should have done in that situation! Kudos to this waitress and Olive Garden in Bloomington!
My two daughters and I have an extremely wonderful experience at this Olive Garden! Our server, Brian, was hands down the best possible! Such a kind and caring gentleman. I will most definitely be returning in the future. The food was absolutely delicious as well! Thank you ?
Hubby was craving Lasagna so we stopped for lunch. I just got the soup ( Pasta Fagoli) and salad. We both enjoyed our meals. Veronica was a super server!
For the most part we’ve always had good serves but tonight it was not the case. We had asked for out entree to be split and a different server brought it in a single plate. I kindly asked her to split it but she just turned around and left. After a while of waiting our server came and asked what was wrong and we explained. He mentioned he saw the other server after she had brought us the food and she mentioned she would NOT split it for us or bring us a plate. It is very unprofessional of her part. I understand we all have bad days but it was just very rude and even after that she brought food to the table next to us and again left without even serving them. The manager tried to fix everything which is appreciated but it’s still sad to be treated with such a rude attitude.
First time here in a really long time. My daughter treated ? but it was the same old classics that are always on the menu. We had the chicken parmasean, steak, soup, salad, bread, chocolate cake and cheese pasta... everything was expected. I suggest the chicken parmasean, it was very good!!
