Stopped to get my toddler "green ice cream" (mint chocolate chip). I got him a single scoop and it was good. I thought it was really expensive though. For an extra dollar you can get a gallon at the grocery store. I was also looking at their chocolate shakes but couldn't justify the price of those, wow! The employees were doing their jobs, but they weren't the friendliest. The employee had gloves on and it seemed like a clean location.
The ice cream sandwiches are a disgrace, the ice cream is already completely melted and the cookies stale. It wasn't the first bite, all of the ice cream fell out.
A the team member was serving me ice cream and she was not using gloves.I saw her hand with ice cream. That was disgusting.

Prices are to high
I was expecting gooey, yummy cookies, like you think of when you hear Toll House, but I didn't get that at all. My husband thought he could taste preservatives, like you would from store-bought cookies. We had the minis - maybe the regular size would have been better? Kinda disappointing.
