As Minneapolis residents we are always wary of going to MOA. The Nespresso store is one of the only stores we make sure we get to. Synthia was an absolute delight and we appreciated her help with tasting, her knowledge of the variety of coffees, and her general friendliness. Great experience today.
Went in there with my wife intending to see what their taste bar was about and had some flavors in mind to purchase. However no one ever greeted us and instead focused on people in the checkout line, even those who came in long after us. Edit: Seeing other reviews, it sounds like they might have an issue with POC...
Do not freak out! Be patient. I experienced wonderful customer service in regards to our verturo next deluxe. It was pumping but not flowing and they answered the phone promptly and walked me thru a couple steps….I had already done some of them, but remained calm (key) and it might have been as simple as a paper clip up the main nozzle to make sure it was not obstructed by grounds. Either way it was successful as has remained so. Love love love that coffee.
Excellent display of coffee machine and accessories. Older Lady with the glasses in front was no really helpful, felt rushed out of the shop. Besides that loved my purchase.
The employee that helped us was rude and dismissive.
On New Year's Eve when the mall went into Lockdown the staff at Nespresso was amazing. They were very accommodating letting many of us shelter in place safely. The staff stayed very calm and kept us informed of what was going on. They let some of us use phone chargers and were so kind. When we were able to go one staff member took the time to give directions very calmly to my daughter and I so we could quickly get to the parking ramp. A huge thank you to the staff at Nespresso. Thanks!
Closes and doesn’t leave any notice, unless you went to the store to see the sign.The workers are rude and dismissive of questions, worst location. EverIf I could give negive stars I would.

I absolutely LOVED this store. The employees were genuinely happy to be working there and were so knowledgeable!! I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, but I walked out with 10 sleeves of pods!! The displays are colorful and all around gorgeous. Such a wonderful set up. Definitely a store to go back to!
Only place that had pumpkin spice coffee. Wife loved it.
