The place has iffy characters occasionally. The staff are mostly nice and a lot better than your average McDonald's. They don't bother in kicking out people who have bad behavior, at least not that I've seen. The place isn't an attraction for bad characters but you do see some occasionally. I personally wouldn't take my kids even though there is I guess a playroom because I seen a huge homeless guy loudly terrorizing a small Mother and her small kids, the staff absolutely didn't give a DAMN, I guess it had been going on for a long time too right in front of the staff's faces and even at the register. In fact nobody intervened but me. That was this winter. It does seem that the staff have gotten better. I hope it stays that way and continues to get better.
Waited a whole hour trying to pickup an order only for the system not working and the possibility of being charged twice for my food. The pickup was through the app late at night and the person on the drive thru had said that they could see my order only for it to not exist when I was at the pickup window. As someone who isn’t from Minnesota I’m very disappointed.Edit: Another thing that I remember is that when I was trying to explain to manager that I was told by the person at the drive thru that they could see my order they kept interrupting me and basically tried to convince me to order and pay again.
Waited in line at drive thru for over 15 minutes. That's OK I get it with lack of staff and such. It would have been nice to hear a thanks for waiting or sorry it took so long or just a thanks for coming. Nothing. The person that took my order, the person that took my money, and the person that gave me my food were all an embarrassment to your company. The food was correct and it was good. Good job from the behind the scenes staff.
This is literally the worst location. I’d rather go north Minneapolis before coming here. You put people in the drive through who don’t know what they’re doing. You give people the title of managers yet they hold no leadership skills needless to say how to be a manager. The manager was wise with the her people skills than the cashier who rolled her eyes at me. McDonald’s shouldn’t offer the app to pay for orders if your associates are not properly trained on how to use it.
Nice and clean establishment. Nice play area for children. Wisconsin has ALL the playplaces closed for whatever reason. It's nice to see Minnesota McDonald's didn't permanently close their playplaces for children. And use COVID as an excuse to never open back up. ?
Worse service ever! Stopped at this McDonald’s after a flight one of only 2 places open. We went through the drive through the menu board was black and did not hear anyone say anything. It appeared to be broken. We kept going through the drive through assuming we had to order at the window. The rude girl at the window said that one lane was closed which there was no signs saying that it was closed. We were in the inside lane that she said was open. She refused to take our order at the window said they were to busy just 3 people there. She had attitude and rude. I can’t believe what kind of person that works her. She should not be she had zero customer service so horrible
I asked for light ice. Didn't notice until I was half way done that there was a ketchup packet in the drink. Would give a zero if possible
I got the 2 fish sandwiches for 6 bucks and was really good, especially with that spicy pepper sauce om definitely recommend the place even when I ordered trough the drive t the attention was ?
The food was cold and we return it for a refund. I forgot the chocolate milk in the vehicle and the manager asked me get it. I was speechless. No apologies for the cold food. I couldn't even believe how rude this man was. This franchise should be ashamed to has this man be the face running this coming
Wow. Here I was sitting at your speaker waiting for someone to take my order when another 2 cars pull up to the other speaker and get helped first? This isn't the first time at this location but rest assured it will be the last. This location has been steadily declining over the years and is sub par at best. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
