The first impression a guest gets of a restaurant is how well they keep their premises clean. Walk in and the outside garbage in unit is overflowing with garbage. I visit the restroom and the garbage is overflowing and water all over the counter.I went to place my order and the cashier did not know how to handle a complimentary meal card. Had to ask another associate and then a manager. The cashier had an issue with almost every guest she encountered. Looks like training isn't done here very well.Went to get ketchup at the drink station and it was empty for some time based on the dried splatter on the counter from when it spits out air when empty. Told the cashier and the manager just said give ketchup packets. I was in the restaurant for an hour and still not changed. The garbage receptacles were overflowing and not attended to either. Went to sit down at my table and there was dried ketchup on it and a dead fly out something. Looked at the surrounding window near my table and they all had cobwebs, dead bugs and flies and food particles. This restaurant does not clean under the tables and ledges. Wooden shutters are full of dust. Glass on the front doors full of handprints. The company owner needs to do something to get this restaurant back to clean standards or for managers in that will.I will not return to this location.
Slow service. Couldn't dine in because their indoor dining was closed. The drive through was super slow. They got my order wrong because they were training in new staff and she was left unattended to help me - she was very sweet though.
McDonald's is always everyone's favorite either when traveling, after bar Rush, or just a quick bite. Customer service is always friendly, the food is fresh and hot and the prices I was just right. My favorite are the ice cream cones and a hot summer day! Cool and refreshing! Some are open 24 hours which makes it very convenient for whatever your appetite is.
Why doesn't your menu reflect what you're making? If all you're offering is pancakes, hash browns and sausage, why not post that somewhere? One could argue your food supply is low, but why is that a nightly (early morning, to be exact) occurrence? In my experience, that's the result of poor management. There are hundreds, if not, thousands of McDonald's out there that are not running their stores like this. If you don't want to be open that early in the morning, then don't be. Plain and simple.
Open 24 hours late night service is good. The ice cream machine is cleaned from midnight till 1 am daily.
2 time i stop by this Mcdonalds and both times got my food COLD AS HELL !!! And on top of that bad customer services!! They act like they can’t understand my english !!
We loved that they were open 24/7 so we stopped on our way to the airport at 5 am. It’s an easy off/on location at exit 6A. My son got the Big Breakfast and I got the sausage egg McMuffin. Typical McDonalds food that came to us hot. Interesting customer service we never received before. My son could not make up his mind on his drink choice. It took him maybe 10 seconds to figure out what he wanted and while he was deciding, the employee stated “I am waiting”. We chuckled cause it was both rude and funny.
Ordered thorough the app and they got most of it right... wanted honey sauce and they gave me 2 honey mustards.. ? ?. I then called to mention the mistake and then got hung up on the first time. mild dissapointment in McDonald's, I guess some things never change.
All of the lights are on in the drive thru and the recording says please pull ahead... called in after waiting 4 minutes and she says they are closed and they leave the lights on all night. There is literally 8 cars behind me
Embarrassing, my dasher waited more than 30 min at the store and i still somehow received room temperature food. Unacceptable. My standards are low for a McDonalds but WOW
