I don’t get why I ordered 20 sauces online along with my order- waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes to then be told oh we can give you your food but only 1 sauce ? Like what is that. Whole reason I even ordered pick up was for the sauce and fast food . But no had to wait in drive thru for 30 min and didn’t get what I came for . Go to Southtown they hook you up!
I hate to write reviews about chain anythings cause it makes no difference to consumers but this time im making an exception... This has nothing to do with service or employees i might add this is strictly management and thier willful plans to exasperate dinning in at thier restaurant. They were one of the last true holdouts of no in person dinning in the metro but now that im sure corporate has said you must allow costumers to come in and dine they have gone out of thier way to make the conditions so poor as to keep thier establishment a drive through only buisness... i do understand the appeal! It goes to show at anytime of day that this McDonald's has one of the busiest drive throughs in the lower metro and handles it well thanks to undoubtedly the staff that manages it. The dine in experience though is what makes me write this review... If i could find a manager there who didnt look at me like i am crazy for asking why the ketchup machine is empty, there is no ice in the softdrink machine, can i buy a napkin and i need a tray because my food is for here so why are you handing me a paper bag with no napkins or ketchup and an empty soft drink maybe i wouldn't need to be typing... i dont want to eat my fries on your sticky unwashed table without a tray because no one has time to wipe off after the yesterday crowd ate on because you don't want us eating inside your establishment anyway "here is your hint" instead of walking here for breakfast i guess ill fire up my car and drive past your drive through line and hit one of the other 5 McDonald's in the 15 mile radius
What makes this location different from any other you've ever been to? Nothing. Isn't that the point of McDonald's? Usually I leave more detailed reviews, but there's just not much to say about a place like this that someone hasn't already discovered themselves.
Friday night in Lent. And you can enjoy a fish fillet right here at McDonald's in the dining area and is very clean enjoy.
I was standing at the register for 10 mins with employees walking pass , no one asked if I needed help.
Good people working here, occasionally get something wrong but they are pretty good at their jobs. And nice which matters!
Wow... I decided to go through the drive thru this evening to get a few sandwiches for dinner. I pulled up to the speaker and waited a few moments then said, "Hello" when no one spoke. The guy at the speaker completely bit my head off. He continued to state that he was completely busy, only human, and I didn't have to wait. He could have easily just asked for a few moments instead of going on a rant. I understand that you're busy and short staffed but that doesn't give you any right to be rude to your customers. Shame on you McDonalds, do better.
I dont expect much at mcdonalds but out of the 5 or so times I have been here I have gotten the wrong thing 2 times and have gotten charged the wrong amount once (all three seperate occasions).
Good McDonald's, was remodeled a couple years ago, pretty efficient drive thru, always friendly staff.
Not sure who made the decision to close the inside for good after remodeling. No common sense.
