I ordered through Uber Eats. I live down the street not to far. My food is ice cold. I did not get butter syrup or forks with my meal. I do not have syrup at home and since I cant get down there myself I had to throw my pancakes away..... WASTED MONEY!!!! Pancakes should always come with this. Not the first time I had a problem with this place, I stopped ordering for awhile because of it then I thought maybe they improved......THEY DID NOT!!!!! I have worked fast food ITS NOT TO HARD!!!! Im done with this place you need new workers that know what they are doing seriously!!!
Rolled up into the drive through about 10:53pm. Felt kind of bad about being 'that guy' since they close at 11, but I was hungry since I skipped dinner after a really busy shift. Drive through guy asks me to wait a few seconds, which is fine. I only saw one person who looks like the manager in the store, so I was expecting delays. About 10 seconds later he takes my order, polite and clearly. I pull up to the drive through window and about 10-15 seconds later, I have my food.I know this doesn't seem unusual to most people, but as someone who's worked in food service and retail, I can tell you that this is pretty unusual. I pulled up about 5 minutes before closing, when most food service crews are cleaning their equipment and getting ready to head home, usually impatient and rude to customers. I even ordered a bakery item which was delivered to me quickly and was still warm. There's only one person I can see working in the store, and he is still super polite and delivers my order quickly and its hot and fresh?Customer service doesn't get much better than this. I came in with low expectations and was surprised with how much they were exceeded. Always remember to be kind to staff in food service, most of them are doing their absolute best with the resources they have.
It's a McDonald's..... This location tends to beat bit more difficult to get in & out of, as it is very cramped.The drive through is not the easiest to get through.The overall parking lot is in disrepair and needs to be fixed up a lot!
My crispy Mc chicken wasn’t fried enough, gave me the wrong sauce, the right amount of sauce, no napkins and no straw? Ruined my lunch

I ripped them last visit. Not sure which visit was real. Today service was fast and food was hot. Hopefully they can start being consistent. There was a wait but it moved quickly

it was only 9pm and they closed down. the hours were recently updated and is supposed to be open until 11pm! it's only Wednesday ?
