I pulled up to the drive thru and the cashier left the screen on the previous customer's total. After asking repeatedly to switch the screen back to the menu, I was being told by the cashier "I have no control over the screen." I asked for one thing I knew I wanted and she magically changed the screen back to show the menu, she had the ability to change it the entire time. When asked to change it multiple times we were misled and sassed at for not ordering fast enough even though the cashier was asked repeatedly to switch the screens back.
Hello, I been waiting in the Drive thru for over 15 min with a car in front of me, and 3 behind me. No one is taking orders. I said hello are you open, hello, are you there? Are you guys open? No one answers for over 15 min. The car in front of me drives to the window waits another five minutes for the Uber order, and when I drove to the window a Spanish speaking woman has the audacity to tell me she can’t take orders at the window and that I have to get back in line. There’s 5 cars behind me now, and they all were talking on the speaker and no one answer. I get it, you’re short staffed, but you could at least answer and ask us to please wait a few minutes. Not have as wait in the drive thru with no one answering, and then you have a very rude lady hating her job because she’s busy. Her attitude was not professional, very rude, and from her attitude she doesn’t care about losing customers or simply, answering, “ hello, can you please give me a couple of minutes”. All you have to do is answer when we are in the drive thru. Not asking for anything impossible. She said call the store in the morning to complain and I said, give me the manager’s name and store number and I will and she gave me this receipt. 2 cars behind me cursed her out, and left. I am parked writing this review, so that’s how I know if you’re wondering how I heard them. Please, have people that at least answer us in the drive thru window even if you’re busy.

This location always has fast service...even when I have modifications to my order. It's never been more than a three to four minute wait for them to run it out to the car. I have always gotten what I ordered...with very few exceptions. Most of the staff here are pretty friendly...and...efficient. It's almost always busy here...no matter the time of day it is. They keep the drive-thru line moving quickly. Service inside is always decent too...with short wait times. They have recently remodeled the inside to have a more 'modern' look. Some of the seating...particularly the bench booths...aren't super comfortable. Good thing there are other seating options. We'll always stop back for a quick bite.
During the Covid shut down, this McDonald's completely remodeled. Tables are spaced apart, very clean store, and the restroom if GREAT. Has a hands-free handle. You can order using kiosks or at the counter. Service is fast, employees are friendly, and the tables are disinfected after each customer. I think you can order using your phone, but I am too technically challenged to accomplish this. Glad you can order at the counter. In Spain, we were required to use the kiosk and that was very difficult!
I pulled up to the drive through and was told to wait then they proceeded to help the car that pulled up after me before me pretty crappie service if you ask me
After spending $26 at McDonald's to get cold fries and not the BBQ sauce I paid for I am disappointed! Usually this place is fairly decent! Maybe just an off night?
I always have a really good experience every time I come to this McDonald's. I really want to give a shout out to Jonathan who went above and beyond to take care of me in the drive-thru. Truly everyone is super nice, and I wish more people would take the time to acknowledge the hard work and service of everyone at this location. Thanks guys!
Food wasn't Hot. You would think if we're goin thru a drive thru you're food would b Hot
The Bloomington location is unbelievably slow. The drive through is almost a deal breaker. Upwards of 15 mins waiting all the time. It can be 30 mins.
