Staff is nice but it seems a bit deceiving to have a "surcharge" vs price hikes. Seems you're hoping the customer doesn't see the fine print on the bottom of the menu. I feel this is a form of bait and switch on prices.. Why not lower prices by 20% then have a 20% surcharge hidden in?? Seems shady...
Becky was a great waitress. Food was good & service was awesome. They were busy-yet still let us sit on the patio & did their very best to accommodate us as well as everyone around us. The manager was even busting tables!
Food was great staff was great. Drinks were good. This place is way better then cowboys. All the locals say cowboys is a drinking bar but i say its a looser bar. Lucky's is good. I will never go to cowboys agian.
Came here for dinner on a Friday. Really nice building inside and out. Very large dining area plus outside seating. I ordered the mushroom swiss burger with tator tots as my side. Those tots were very good and unique. They were unlike any tots I have had before. They were like 3 fried twice baked potatoes in little cylinder shapes with a tasty sauce on the side. Our server was friendly and our food came out very quickly. All in all a really good dining experience.
Love there food. Everyone is so nice ,friendly and helpful. Somedays it's not crowded depending on what time of the day you go. You can get a table right away. That's great. But there are days when it's super crowded and you can't get a table or you have to wait.
This location has brick walls. Was super cold. Wait staff stated heat was up all the way and others along walls have been complaining. Tip: sit near inside maybe near bar and kitchen. Also came for brunch but that ended at 1pm and it was 138!ugh. No ahi tuna or much seafood at all. Burgers and chicken. The Bacon bloody mary was insane with a 1/4 sandwich on it! I asked for orion rings instead of fries and no cole slaw. Got no onion rings got fries and coleslaw. Mgr did come out and took off the bloody Mary!! Side salad was in a bowl kinda big so the salad was the best part of my meal. Fried cod was dry and tasteless. I added hot sauce which made it eat able (?) But if you go here just go with a burger and fries. My husband was happy with his burger and he ate my fries. Son has a dried up piece of low quality "sirloin" steak and he was also not impressed. He had a hard time cutting it but sis not want to say anything to the Mgr. Maybe stick to one in Mendota Heights the original one. And bring a warm coat and gloves!
Good food as usual and excellent service. My only negative comment was I had the pretzel and instead of being soft, it was rock hard. Not what I was expecting. The cheese dip and ground mustard was good and made it easier to eat. Should have stuck with the burger.
Pretty much common taste for a restaurant as others. But don't bother getting steak or casear salad. Had to add three butter dabs with salt and pepper to get the flavor in my steak. Free popcorn and a chocolate mousse dessert are the pros.
What a breath of fresh air! Great atmosphere, wonderful menu. And just enough TV monitors that no matter where you look, you can see the game! And the popcorn served upfront is a nice touch!
Like many places, they are short-staffed, but the servers were doing the best they could. Food was decent, about what you expect for a packed place with a midline menu. Had the Bang Bang shrimp (I think it's cooked in yum yum sauce) and the giant pretzel. I was expecting a pretzel as big as my hand maybe? Oh noooo this thing was bigger than the plate. They had bingo, that was a surprise.
