It's 3:10pm on Monday, July 18th. There's a few workers in there but doors are locked. This is the second time I came to this location during hours to find door locked.
Not open. Have tried to eat here a few times and it isn't open during hours when it is supposed to be open. No signs on the door to explain being closed during the middle of the day. Don't bother coming here until they decide to open during their posted hours.
Apparently “freaky fast” means two hours consistently. Should I stop ordering from this location? Probably. However, it is the closest location and I enjoy the product. If your store is behind, there should be a phone call or some sort of communication to keep a customer posted. We ordered today at 11:45am. We just received our order at 1:45pm. No apologies either. The driver just set it at our door, no knock or anything, after we let them into the complex from their call.
Put in an order online in the morning (7:15am) for delivery later in the day (11:30am). As I write this, the delivery is 45 minutes late. When I called the store, the person that I spoke to told me that my delivery was "on the road". When I mentioned that the online tracker didn't list it as "Out For Delivery" he changed his assessment to "It's going out the door as we speak".This is the second time in the last week that I have ordered from this location and the delivery has been over 45 minutes late.Would not recommend, at least for ordering lunch during the week.
They were out of bread (which I understand happens) but they were angry at me when I even asked why and attacked me the moment I did. Just rude
Customer Service SUCKS! They do not want to work with people who order food online and when it DOES NOT SHOW UP, they mark it as delivered. Good thing I called Corporate Jimmy John's to put in a complaint.
Woah, so I went in to pick up my order and almost didn’t leave. I wish that girl could make my sandwich forever and we could all just be besties forever.
Twice now they have delivered me improper food order
Ordered and delivery was 45 minutes late. I called twice concerned With the order. The second time I called a man answered an apologized and in the background a women and someone else was swearing at me and laughing. When delivery finally arrived I told him and he confirm the woman was actually the MANAGER. Literally repulsive.
