I’ve ordered many times from this location and just about every time, it takes at least 90 minutes to get my order delivered.
I’ve ordered delivery from these guys and have great experiences! I’ve had to call to order because the app doesn’t have Turkey Tom on there anymore, and they are always super pleasant and deliver pretty quickly! Now if they could just fix the app, that’d be great!
This location is a great lesson as to why franchise, low wage businesses are a bane to society unless people are starving for jobs.This freaking location right here folks is bananas.Incompetence bleeds out of the doors and I haven't even got my sandwiches yet.Freaky fast,... yeah no.I am wanting just keep typing as to exhibit how long I am actually standing here. By the way, we are the only people here.We are talking 15 mins after the order. Only people in the joint... oh except for the lady that came in after us, ordered and got her sandwichs first.
Easy ordering, quick delivery, and my sandwich was made excellently.
Used to order regularly. Last few months keep getting app saying no delivery because they are closed. Lame
Updated 1/9/22 Used to be a great jimmy johns but haven’t been able to order online or on the app in a while and the two times I’ve tried to call the phone just rings for several minutes. Location must be lazy or going out of business.
We haven't been able to place an order for at least 6 weeks. The online system says they're not able to take orders, and when you call no one answers the phone. Is this location fully out of business? They tell you to choose another location to order from, but you can't choose any JJ that isn't the once closest to your house. So, no more JJ for us I guess. :(
Went here for dinner at 5:45PM on Tuesday 12/14/21. No sign was posted that they were closed early but apparently they closed at 4 due to being short staffed.I totally understand and have grace for places that are short staffed during this time but I saw 4 employees inside the store with 2 of them just on their phones recording tik toks. Never going to this location again!
Staff was friendly but second time delivery app wouldn't work so had to pu. What's up with the tiny guac smear, we're paying extra put some guac in.
Closed during listed business hours. They're suposed to be open until 8pm, but it is now 5:45 and their doors are locked. All of the interior lights are on, with two employee cars parked in front with Jimmy John's signs on them.
