I ordered a sandwich online for pickup (extra peppers, extra oil and vinegar, cut in half), along with a side of Kicken Ranch. First, when I entered the store I was greeted by no one, not even eye contact and it didn't seem that busy. After standing at the counter for a while, I finally asked for my online order. After receiving my order and returning to my home, I open the bag to find that the Kickin Ranch container had no cap on it and the ranch had spilled all over the inside of the bag. Total mess. I open the sandwich and it was not cut in half, and there were no extra peppers or oil/vinegar. Not only did I have a huge mess on my hands, the sandwich wasn't even that tasty. Very displeased with the service overall.
I ordered ahead and decided to pickup. Upon arriving, I was thinking this won’t take more than 5 minutes. I waited for 33 minutes. I was in complete shock. There were three guests that came in after me and ordered and got their food before me. Kinda frustrating honestly
Dude just came to my door while calling me to say they forgot part of my order... but took all the rest of the food back with him... now I get an hour old sandwich... this is why you shouldn't pre tip. I would never tip this trash service
Horribly unfriendly. Music was blasting super loud - and it was angy music to add to the experience. The workers treated you like you were a pain to them.
We love this Jimmy John’s. We live closer to the Richfield location, but always order from the Bloomington Portland Ave site. Delivery is always quick and they make terrific subs.
I'm sorry but over an hour and a half to deliver two little sandwiches especially after one of the occupants of the household had to take his insulin before eating and you have to eat within 30 minutes of taking it we waited for theinsulin for 15 minutes figuring the order would certainly not be here more than 45 minutes away well hour and a half and it still wasn't here I ended up making dinner so he wouldn't pass out from insulin shock.very poor way to run your company. You should be able to cut off your online orders if you don't have drivers to deliver it! Never again.
Typical order experience and prep speed. Fast! Unusual for a JJ store is that stock was stacked about, napkins and drink lids were unavailable, and tables were not regularly cleaned.
White guy at the register seemed to be in a bad mood when taking my order. I don't usually buy Jimmy John's this was my first time getting a sub there. When i asked if my combo came with a drink he said in a a**hole way "yeah that's what a combo is." But the brothers in the back making the sandwich seemed to be professional and the sub was delicious.
NASTY & UNCLEAN!I came in to get a sandwich- I’m a big Jimmy Johns fan! NEVER have had a problem!I went to use the bathroom and the womens was closed/out of Oder so they told me to use the mens/ that’s fine.. a JJ-worker came out and had peed all over the toilet and didn’t wash his hands! I for some reason always check the sink and no soap looked like hands were washed. The working crew was blaring some comedy show over the speakers with all this cussing and what if children came in? After about 10 min after I walked in there they changed it to some music but still…. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT THIS LOCATION AND I HAD TO SHARE. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TALK TO THOSE EMPLOYEES
Ordered sandwiches for delivery. 3 sandwiches for $55. Still not here are 1 hour. Charged credit card, no food. No one answers phone in the store. Horrible.
