Great sandwiches but questionable customer service.The service issue may be due to shortcomings of the app: I placed an order for curbside pickup and ended up having to go into the store to pick it up.The employees said they were not notified I had arrived (checked in through the app) and phone calls went to voice-mail. I believe the ringer on the phone may have been turned off because when I tried calling from inside the store the call went through but the phone didn't ring.There was no apology for the mix up and the employees didn't seem very concerned about it.

The best sandwich made here. Good job! I ordered from 84th JJ and it was a joke. I had to throw it away I couldn’t even eat it.

We ordered 3 sandwiches at 6:30pm. We called a couple times in a three hour period while waiting for our food. Finally one last call they cancelled the order and went home. Need to staff your business better if you want my business.

I always order from this store always had great service. I always have specific instructions on where I am located. The delivery driver was mad that he had to go to the 2nd floor and told next time I have to meet him down stairs and rudely told me he had to many sandwiches.

I placed a large catering order prior to a class I was hosting. I chose an early delivery time to allow plenty of time for the food to arrive and be set up. They called me 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrive to tell me they'd be late, coming at the top of the hour. I expressed that I was very unhappy with this as it was going to be disruptive to the class. They offered a weak apology and no concessions. We were missing half of the chips we ordered and the quantities of the different types of sandwiches made was off. I called the manager the next day to express my dissatisfaction. I was hoping to get an apology or some kind of discount on a future order but the manager I spoke with was dismissive and really quite rude to me. We were planning to put another catering order through for this coming week but have decided to go with a different restaurant after this negative experience.

while my food was made quickly, it was incorrect. I picked up our two sandwiches, and when we opened them up at home, we saw that they were only half-made: they ONLY included the meat and cheese. we essentially paid double what we should have, since over half of the ingredients were missing. the order on the app was exactly as I've done it before, so it's not like an option was selected to leave off the onion, lettuce, tomato, oil & vinegar, & oregano-basil (literally over half of the ingredients). I couldn't find a link anywhere in the confirmation email, app, or receipt to send a note about our incorrect order, so I have to leave a comment here.

I got delivery last night, the food got here freaky fast, the driver was extremely friendly/polite and the sandwiches were made perfectly, great experience!

It’s only 4pm and it’s closed. No sign on door or anything.

Amazing place to quickly fill your stomach tank. Excellent place for sandwiches.

Waited an hour and a half for our food trying to be understanding thinking it’s around lunch time on the weekend and places are short staff with drivers and workers lately with Covid but nope. My order was on the porch for who knows how long because no one knocked and we were all here waiting and listening for the door watching toy story. I called the store to ask for a manager and the guy said one wasn’t in and could take my question. I wasn’t aware they leave your food outside and leave it wasn’t mentioned and I haven’t ordered in awhile. His only response was I should have called in sooner rather then waiting and hung up in my face then didn’t answer when I called back. Guessing a squirrel knocked my order over? Not sure how long it was outside. They don’t care.
