bunch of unfriendly kids working at this store. not even acknowledged when i walked in. they didn't call me by my name or sandwich number, they called me out by another name, pretty sure they were making fun of me because all the kids working laughed. the driver guy is chill, but i won't come back.
I live about 5 minutes away and it took an hour to get delivered. I don’t understand what could have possibly taken so long. Definitely not “freaky fast”. Was late to where I had to be and did not get it in time, someone at home took the order. Extremely frustrating and horrible customer service. 100% not worth tipping this store
They do a good job at this location.I wish there was a way to respond to the response from the owner. No, I'm not doing extra steps after telling people this location does a good job. Don't assign me extra work.
The two guys working on a holiday were great! I thanked them for working on memorial day & the tuna unwich was surprisingly great!!
I am wait more the 15 min because they forget the ticket really bad service in this place!!!!
Well they were not freaky fast. They were actually freakishly incapable and rude. My wife and I were at an event at a church. We ordered so we didn’t have to leave our booth. And we left instructions on how to deliver to us. Those instructions were ignored. When we called to check on delivery the delivery driver told my wife that “since she is at door one can’t she just walk around to door 9”. Instead of saying I am sorry for the mix up let me try to fix this. He just said “it was an honest mistake in a very rude tone.” So she had to leave the building and go over to a completely different part a school and get buzzed in to pick up the food which was left on a cart.
Boo Boo, made an order at 2 10p, arrived at 2 18p. They r saying closing now. Cmon it's not even 3p. What a lazy employees. Never again
When they're open they're fine. I wouldn't dare try to go to this location on a weekend though. I've tried going at different times during weekends. They are never open even when there are staff inside. Don't trust this location when it says open online.
Website said they were open until 9pm. When I got there at 7:30 the restaurant was closed but still charged me my $20 for my order I never was able to pick up.Let’s go Brandon
Placed in online order for the weekend and received a call from the manager saying they are closed weekends due to staffing issues. He worked with other local stores and transferred the order there so I would still get the delivery. I am impressed with how the manager handled the situation with a call demeanor and worked to find a solution.Luckily I work across the street so I will be able to continue to show how much I appreciate their awesomeness by ordering during the week. I know once they get more staff I can look forward to great service on the weekends again.
