This was one of the cleanest Hilton locations I have ever stayed at. The service and rooms are impeccable and the food at the restaurant downstairs is top notch. We had breakfast and the French toast and cream was sooo yummy! Thumbs up for the entire stay
Overall the staff was very friendly. I LOVED the free shuttle service. The hotel and room was very clean. The only issue was lack of options for food. I would have loved to have a continental breakfast, but I had to pay for everything! The pool was nice, a bit small when there was more than 1 or 2 families but was nice to have.
On our stopover from Canada we visited Minneapolis and toured the city. The location of the hotel was excellent. Close to airport and Mall of America but Downtown was also easily to reach. The hotel has a nice Swimming Pool and Fitness Center
Had a great stay; staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean. It's great being able to get Starbucks at pretty much any time. The main hotel areas were very nice and well kept. If I had anything to complain about at all it would be that I didn't care for the pillows they use in the rooms, they weren't comfortable for me.
Great hotel got us in on short notice as our other hotel cancelled our reservation.We got a lm affordable room for one night.Shuttle was very nice service.I would advise keeping an eye on the kids in the pool/spa/fitness areas as they were not always supervised.Not necessarily a hotel problem though.
Stayed here many times, but this time the staff didn’t explain or offer what Honors members should receive. Not friendly at all. Room was good as usual. They charge an incidental fee now upon check in. No other Hilton property has done that thus far and we stay at many of them. Especially for Diamond level members it should be waived.
Very clean rooms, great staff and EXCELLENT service. We rented a block of rooms for a family wedding and couldn’t be happier. There was a lot off small situations that came up where we asked staff for help, out of the scope of their job description I’m sure. Everyone of them went above and beyond - always with a smile. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely would stay here next time we are in Btown!
Very good Hilton property w/ well-run, experienced management. Jim as GM does an outstanding job w/ his team from front desk associates to the restaurant staff to housekeeping. Definitely on of the best hotels in the Twin Cities.

Checked in at 8:30 pm and when we went up to our room it reeked of cigarette smoke. Went back down to ask them to change our room, at which time to two front desk people couldn't agree to which room they should assign to us. They argued in front of us, which was very unprofessional, and the lady with the long yellow nails just continued to undermine her co-worker. Finally they gave us room 519, and we thought all was well from there. We checked out the next morning at 10:30 am and unfortunately didn't review our bill carefully; there was a $9 charge from their Starbucks at 11 pm the night before, after we were already in bed! I called to dispute the charge and the lady said she would take care of it, but she didn't. The charge is still on my credit card. Luckily it was only $9, imagine if it was a $200 dinner bill? Lesson learned, review your bill carefully, especially at this hotel, because apparently you are guilty and have to prove your innocence over a $9 charge. Will never stay here again.
