We came in a Saturday and there was no wait. No sense of urgency. The trainee was making the order with no help. There were 2 other people there that should have helped. To long for what we ordered.
I was in yesterday to get a sandwich ordered it at about noon they said 20 minutes I came back at 12:30 it wasn't ready and they were quite rude to me when I asked, great food and terrible service. There was a pregnant woman waiting and I felt sorry for her.
I ordered online two sandwiches and two cookies. I didn't get the cookies. My sandwich was a mess too. They also didn't mark the boxes for what sandwich it was. I'm not a happy person. It's hard to go to other places on my lunch break.After reading all the reviews. I wish I could give zero stars. And it seems like they really don't care. They don't even offer a free sandwich or your money back. Very very poor customer service!!!
I was greeted by the staff as I walked in the door. I was not sure what to get so the Employee gave me some recommendations and his personal favorite. I ended up going with his favorite and it was made hot and fresh. All employees were beyond helpful and friendly! Employees were: D, Brandon, and shay.
None of the diet or zero pops in the Fountain were working. It took 35 minutes to get 2 subs for dine in. The employees were clearly overwhelmed and way behind. No one even apologized for how long it took. Pretty disappointed. At least once we did get the subs they were hot.
It was obvious they were under staffed and had too many orders coming in + walk in orders, but that didn’t stop the team from being extremely friendly. The woman working was so quick, professional, and just transparent about the wait times due the high volume of orders. It was our first time dining here and we will be back because it was so yummy :)
I ordered the Smoked Turkey Breast. I found bacon inside the sandwich halfway through eating. Yuck.
Every time I come to this location it takes over 10 minutes to get food. I usually come here on my lunch break and waste my entire break just waiting for my sandwich with barely enough time to eat. If you order online, it is NEVER ready at the scheduled pickup time. Never once was offered an apology for the wait. I’m seriously considering just biting the bullet and never coming back here again. Which is seriously disappointing cause I love the food. Until things change, I don’t think I will be coming back.
Really disappointed that your store was closed 10 minutes early. Your advertised for 9pm and we got there at 8:50 and the lights were off and doors were locked.
It used to be really good but the last 3 times we were there our orders have gotten messed up. We live too far away to drive back and get corrected orders. I guess I could double check they did it right before I left? Not sure that's something a customer should have to do.
