A few weeks ago, I went inside to order a drink and food only to hear a district manager inform the general manager to adjust his labor to fit his customers' needs better.Fast forward til today. I place an order ahead at 11:45am to pick up with a couple drinks, food, and donuts. I circle around to pick up my order at 12pm only to be told that they are not able to make food because they are cleaning all the machines for the food. No sign at the drive-thru speaker box either. I asked if this was a professional company they had hired to do so where a specific work order had internally been out in, and it was not. The employee stated that the machines were too dirty and needing cleaned so they aren't able to make the food.I've worked fast food before, and cleaning is usually done at the end of the day. Additionally, if food is not available to made, then why not block that from being ordered on the app like other companies do when something is not available/out of stock? If cleaning is done towards the end of shift everyday like everywhere else, what could've prompted a complete shut down of all food making machines during the middle of the day?Other visits to this location have been successful. The employees are usually on top of it with each order. The drinks and donuts that I picked up from this order were great. Whomever is making these decisions or being forced to do so should reevaluate a more appropriate action plan.Proposed solution: Maybe clean one machine at a time if labor has to be trimmed down that much over the course of the day?
Best Dunkin in the area. Avoid the Dunkin in Richfield off Penn and 66th.
I’ve been to many Dunkin’s in my life and by far this is the greatest customer service experience. Kait totally went out of her way to make an order right! There’s a reason Dunkin’ has been my favorite over the yrs and Kait just confirmed why America runs on Dunkin’! Thank Kait from me and my step daughter!
Went to this location a couple times in the last week and their coffee is AWFUL… Tastes burnt and even smells burnt when you take the lid off! It’s GROSS. We ordered cold coffee both times and we couldn’t drink them! Think twice about going to this location RICHFIELD at least cleans their pots….
Stopped in for the first time since it was close to where i was at. It was 7:45 and there were maybe 8 or 9 selections. The glaze and the frosting looked like they were running out that day, as it was pretty thin. I usually go to Sonrise and will probably go back there. Their donuts are quite a bit better than what I had at dunkin. Probably the difference between a small local business and a regulated chain store.
No matter what you order they can't serve it.Want a breakfast sandwich?"Ummm you know what? Our oven is being cleaned right now."Want a hot chocolate?"Ummm you know what? Our hot chocolate machine is broken right now."Want donuts?"Ummm you know what? We're out of donuts right now"Truly a remarkable location
coffee was great but i understand why the hash browns are only .99 cents … the picture doesn’t even show how drenched they are in grease and the grease tastes like it’s been sitting in the fryer for months. thankfully i don’t ever come here so i don’t plan to again due to the oil issue.you can always taste old oil , shame on management for allowing it to sit around forever and taste that stale & disgusting.edited to add/ you can see the random food bits on food in the picture. so unappetizing
We stopped in for an early breakfast treat this morning. That's always the best time to go to ANY donut shop: soon after they open. You not only get the best selection but also...the donuts are extremely fresh. I know they likely make donuts all day long seeing as they are open into the early evening. There's just something about that early morning batch though. We always go inside to order...have never used the drive-thru. While service has always been just fine...they do kind of push you to order quickly to keep the line moving. I get it...not a big deal...just sometimes it takes a minute to figure out exactly what we want...and...how much. They offer a small dine-in area too...if you so choose to do so. I rarely get any coffee but...I did today. I tried an iced regular coffee...and...it was good. I did figure out I'm not much of an iced coffee person however. Haha! The donuts have never disappointed. They are the main draw afterall. I liked having my favorite donut shaped as a heart today...Valentine's month cuteness. We enjoy their donuts...and...will always stop at a Dunkin' when the mood strikes.
I take my daughter to get a donut every Thursday. The service is always great!! So happy we have a dunkin in west bloomington!
Brand new. Hard to find at first because the Google maps point was on the east side of the building and the top view of the map was not updated yet.
