If you can’t listen to your customer’s order, even though the repeat it twice, and you still give them something other than what they order, maybe you should get a different job!!!
I’m not a huge fan of these donuts. Seem less fresh than other places and I wish they had more filling. The other food menu is pretty decent and they have lots of drinks and coffee to choose from. This store is set up kind of strange. Once you order there really is not a place to wait that’s not in the way of other customers. I’ve been cut in front of many times…wish they could figure a good flow in/out. The employees are mostly nice. A few don’t really seem to care or really be “into” their job. Overall this location is average at best, but sometimes that’s all you need.
A little bit half of the time that I've come here they've only been serving donuts and drinks from the cooler. Not impressive.
I usually get some of their amazing donuts and a frozen hot chocolate before my shift, but I decided to try the iced green tea and I was hooked! The staff are lovely and whenever they add shots of raspberry or lemon they are accommodating! (They aren’t too pricey for the MOA either)
They made a mistake on my drink but quickly made me a new one. Thanks!
I love the staff here, great people.. I always have the best service and they put up with my long latte order everytime! I wish there was a tip jar at this location however, the employees deserve tips!!
I have recently been going to Dunkin at the Bloomington mall of America location. In particular there is one Employee and his name is Ondre, Who always has a clear and loud voice for an inviting space. He’s very respectful and always says “ Thank you for the Business “ and my understanding is a very professional way of saying thank you. Along with some other employees such as Princess, & I believe GM Antony , they are all very fast and the food is always delicious pastries , sandwiches, and drinks. I would recommend going there for fast service & Bright Personalities.
Employees are typically friendly and the service is usually quick, but the quality of my orders are inconsistent and most don't taste great. With the other options available in the mall, this location is far from my first choice. Pretty disappointing.
Amazing staff! The dounots were perfect. They were soft and tasty. ? Also good hot chocolate. It cost a little bit too much money but it is good. I highly recommend it?☕?
Tasty and fresh donuts. I think they are a bit on the spendy side for their size. Slightly annoying that I had to repeat the three donuts I ordered three times because the cashier wasn't the one packing the donuts, but it all worked out. The employees were nice enough and the line wasn't long on a Sunday afternoon.
